Yeah with the provari you should be getting all the nicotine hit you want. Thats weird. You can also try adding pg to your favorite juices. Add a little, test it to see if you like it, add a little, test it, add a little and so on until you get that throat hit you want. The pg is what gives you the throat hit but you may notice your vapor production decrease a little. If I can help any further, shoot me a pm buddy.

So everyone who uses the e cig forum is da bomb =D thank you all for the replies. I'm currently using an ego twist, a bolt, and a 5v bogger box. I've tried a couple different juice vendors(pinkspot, vapedudes, fuzion, and ejuicemonkeys) I'm really fond of PS's peach green teas, gummy bear, and candy cane. I've tried a couple RY4s and they are mostly to rich for me. I currently have some outlaw(555) from PS and I kinda like it. It tastes a little too much like coffee for my personal taste. Ill try having some 18mg juice on hand for those "I need an analog" moments.

Coming from smoking full bodied cigarettes, I had to go with 24MG in order to stop wanting cigarettes. Everyone is quite different, and I know at least for me there was some level of withdraw from the other chemicals in cigarettes that I was used to. Also my body, as expected, was quite groggy and lethargic for a few days after completely kicking the habit. I attribute this to energy expended on bodily repair.

It's good to see you're sticking with it, as others have said, no rush- incremental decreases as needed. Good luck and vape on!

I smoked and vaped for about 3 months before I finally walked away from the cancer sticks. I was a 33 year smoker with a 2.5-3 PAD habit. I was NOT trying to quit smoking; I was only seeking an alternative for smoking when I was unable to smoke. Since I was not trying to quit, I felt no guilt for the times that I did smoke a cigarette considering that my consumption of cigarettes dropped immediately and dramatically from the very first time I tried an e-cig, (NJoy). It was only after I got my KGO batteries and EMDCCs with a juice that I loved, (RY 4 Tobacco - eLiquid Flavor - ECBlend), that I was able to walk away from the stinkies with ease as they no longer held any appeal for me.

UMMMMMMMMMMMMMM ECBlends RY4 with extra flavor and extra shot of carmel and extra shot of vanilla. Tastey.

For me now, it's OMG, I better order some more juice!

i did the same thing, going down to about 2 or 3 cigs a day..
then i just stopped buying 'em. once you don't have cigs in front of you, but you have your vape, it is easier to jump off and not have the anxiety of "omg i don't have any cigarettttttes""

I'm in the same boat as you and I was gonna post this very same object. I'm down from more than half a pack to 4-5 cigs a day for the past 3 months. At first I cut down to only 1 or 2 cigs when I have a hot cup of coffee in the morning and at night after a week I got hit pretty bad and get really sick from withdrawal syntom. I was almost back to fully tobacco cig and abandon e-cig altogether. In the end I give myself a break and smoke a bit more when I feel I need it. I don't plan to completely off cig just yet just glad that I can cut almost 10 cigs a day and that 300 cigs a month.

Last week I was under a lot of stress, decided I wasn't vaping anymore, put everything away, and only kept one batt I had to change due to malfunction. I smoked through my dad's operation, all through until yesterday. I got myself a 306 and started dripping. I enjoy it, but don't love it.

Right now there's a pack of cigarettes next to my PV. Some days it works, some days it doesn't. I can't figure out why. I fought not buying, not keeping. And spent some dreadful days vaping nonstop, and dying for a cigarrette. Will I break even to 100% vaping? I don't know. I hope so, health issues are on the line here. I tried thousands of juices that are half way. I want to, but I can't make it work.

I was fortunate to be blindsided by vaping. I bought my ego set up hoping to cut back. Little did I know that once I tried it, I didn't want to smoke anymore.

I smoked twice during the first several weeks, mostly out of curiosity, and couldn't take more than 3 drags each time.

Don't be hard on yourself when you do smoke, we are human. You are doing great. Hopefully you will find your magical mix of battery, juice delivery system and juice and will eventually never want to smoke again!
