I did a quick search, found a local seller for you (there are a lot of them in PA and around, you can search here).

I looked for one in neighboring states (NY) so you most likely won't have to pay taxes and will most likely get 2 days shipping:

https://shop.gloryvapes.com/

I would recommend something like this:
eGo Black Kit $39.99
* 2x All-new CE4-Version2 Long Wick Atomizer tanks With matching mouthpiece
* 2x650mah High performance 4.2v Ego batteries
* 1xUSB Charger cable
* 1 charger adapter
* 1 All Ego pouches are on BACKORDER kit's will ship with a Leather bound Magnetic gift box! & 30-day Warranty card

That should get you started, 2 batteries, 2 CE$ clearomizers, charger etc..
You just need to get e-liquid:
https://shop.gloryvapes.com/e-juice

Their juice I heard is very good (I have never tried personally), once you get this then you can start real vaping and then you'll have more time to do more research and gain experience.

For around $50-60, you should be able to get that kit + a couple 10ml juice which should last you minimum a week to 3-4 weeks as you quit analogs. During that time, you can get more acquainted to the world of vaping.

Welcome and good luck!

Go look at State of Pennsylvania (list of online and Brick/mortar e-cig places in PA).

PS: I know everybody is trying to help but for someone that doesn't know the lingo or much about vaping is going to get lost, tossing around the $100-$200+ mods isn't helping imo, try to start simple, easy heading to make the experience a little better.

Thanks! That kit says sold out. Does Smokeless Image sell something similar? BTW, I'm not interested in flavored juices. I just want a tobacco flavor with high nicotine.

My first e-cig was from ebay and hated it (taste horrible too), found out later it didn't have any nicotine, I came to ECF (this forum) and started asking question, reading...

Take your time it's a LOT and LOT and LOT of information to take in. Don't get discouraged though, get something simple to start, with your second order, get backups.

Yes. 20% OFF Code: MERRYVOLT. If that's the size you like then get a couple of X2s:

Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette

I'd recommend the manuals.
A couple of T3 clearomizers - these are getting excellent reviews:
Smokeless Image | Only The Best Electronic Cigarette | T3 - X2 Clearomizer 808D

Blank or prefilled cartomizers:
Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette
You might want to try a sampler.
If you get blank cartomizers you could could buy some small bottles of juice:
Smokeless Image | Only The Best Electronic Cigarette | NicQuid Collections

Or just look around the site.
Whatever you get - get two batteries. You need a back up while the other is charging.

Actually, those kits can be found for about $30.

True, I was just trying to get him a local vendor so he could get something better within a few days. sadly new year won't help that but he can find a lot of local vendor he could drive to (and they could explain a lot in person) going to State of Pennsylvania

None of those places in PA are close to me. I don't feel like driving to a store anyways. I'd rather just order online.
