I had problems with the HT016 atty's making connections to the battery over time. I put in a ticket, and Hoog sent off two brand new ones that got misdirected to the business next door to where I work.
At first, I was cornfused, because I got his email saying they were on the way, but they never showed up.
So to make the story short, the neighbor brought it over today, and as he promised, there was a return envelope for me to send the two funky atty's back, and two new ones with a gold tone metal interior rather than the silver.
Anyway I haven't had the chance to try the new ones yet, but the return envelope was a great CS touch. I've ordered from MV a few times now, and I've had no freebies other than the flashlights, but that isn't what matters to me. The Customer Care is outstanding!!
