you should be able to get somthing good done with photoshop you can do anything now days, especially if you combine it with stuff like illustrator!

I have decided to add a second and third place spot in the contest. Second and Third will each get their choice of one e-liquid from my review stash. It is not much, but it is better than nothing. lol. There just was so many good entries so far, I figured we needed a top 3.
