I went to the drug store this morning and asked for a syringe and got a lot of pretty weird looks lol. I guess everyone thought I was drugging up or something and it turned rather uncomfortable. The pharmacist asked me what gauge size needle I needed and I wasn't sure so I told her I'd find out but would rather now just order online.

So is there a general size needle gauge that I need when ordering and if so what is that? Also can anyone point me to a site that I can buy one from? I'm assuming I can use the same one over and over again (cleaning it of course) but I don't want to assume so please advise me on that as well.

Thanks

I've bought lots of them from Madvapes. Start with a 3ml luer lock syringe. If your juice is high in VG use a 14 or 16 guage. For a 50/50 to 100% PG use an 18 or 20 guage. Buy at least 2 syringes and 2 needles. Syringes break occassionally and it's easy to lose the needles. I've dropped them down the drain before when mixing juice. Besides they're cheap.

You'll can use 14 to 18 gauge. The smaller the number, the larger the hole in the needle.

Tractor Supply has them Tractor Supply Company - Stores by State, also most Pet/Feed shops. It's just as easy to go back to a CVS or Walgreens though (rather than pay shipping on something so inexpensive).

Who cares how they look at ya. I just showed them my PV and explained what I was doing. One was so interested, he wanted more info on them (for his wife to quit).

Curious, what department would I look under? The other site that the other person recommended is confusing to me (buying a syringe and a needle) I kinda just wanted something that was one piece.

Most Feed/vet supply places won't even blink. Just ask where they are. I bought some in a Feed/Tack store around the corner from my house. Most come with a needle. Look for the size on the package.

Just ask the pharmacist in any place you go. Bring your e-cig in and show them what you want it for. Just explain that it's common to use a syringe to fill the cartomizer and that you'll probably blunt the end (to do or not is a preference and is safer blunted, just use a metal file). They may have dispensing needles (ask).

If you want to get away from a syringe, use a needle oiler instead. You can probably find them at most hobby shops NEEDLE OILER BOTTLES - Brownells
