I need advice from GG folks

OK, I've had a series of REALLY rude, nasty and swearing emails from a customer. Calling me all sorts of names etc and saying that he's going to spread nasty stuff about my company.

He seems to have got annoyed with his TS and taken pliers to it or something and now it looks like this:

So guys, if any of you speak Italian, I urge you to visit whatever Italian e-cig forums there are and head off this nutter before he tries to damage the reputation of your favourite e-cig and my company along with it..............

His first email stated that he couldn't get the 18650s in (the ones I sell are tight but they go in nicely if you're gently and take off the top section first.)

At the same time he mentioned his button suddenly wasn't working so it would seem he caused a short (maybe by inserting damaged batteries) and melted the spring so I offered to replace his button or to send him one for him to replace himself. He said he'd prefer to do it himself. He then also said he wasn't happy with the vapour production and it was then that alarm bells started ringing for me and I offered him a complete refund.

He refused and asked me to send the button and all would be OK. I again asked if he was sure, since he didn't seem happy - he said yes - so I did.

He then made 3-4 more purchases of other stuff from my shop until today I get emails in Italian telling me I am a thief and to "go f____k myself"!!

The other strange thing is that the bottom cap in the picture looks silver, but I NEVER had any GGTS with silver bottom caps for sale.........

Anyone smell a setup?

Who says I should post the full exchange of emails here for complete transparency? I'd kind of like to get this out in the open before rumours abound everywhere.

It is so sad to see something like that. If he had a problem it would have been taken care of but instead of asking for help he chose to destroy it. No one has ever been refused help here. It is such a waste but he owned it. If he chose to destroy it I guess it was his business. What a waste.

Rob sells one with silver front cap, and sliver back cap(atty side) ...check out vaporkings.com and they sell that unit...but Lisa never did from what I know...so that unit didnt come from lisa...

I asked Imeo for the ones with the silver front cap but he sent them onto Rob by mistake actually - I also kept a record of exactly which type each of my customers got, and this guy got a dual tone one for sure. (from me anyway).

When he first had an issue I spoke to Vapn about it and he sensed trouble so I offered the guy a refund right away, before any damage of any kind was done - then I get nasty emails saying he's going to damage my reputation etc.......... Some people huh?

Dont stress it...Something REAL fishy bout this..Because if he didnt get that silver cap from you, Rob def. didnt ship to Italy...But regardless dont let it stress ya out...Me and Vapn we'll take em out ...Noone messes with Lisa

That looks like a 901>801 adapter..threads on the outside, but why would he need one

try finding him on the Italian forums and challenging his claims, google translate is your friend
