Thank you for putting together such a great barbeque! The food was fantastic and the ale was outstanding. The group was very welcoming for newcomers like Amy and I. Michigan vapers make up a really friendly community.

Even the mosquitoes stayed away - possibly another benefit of vaping? Large quantities of mist in the woods last night!

He hooked me up for $30.00 per 10 gal. keg last time. That's what it cost him to brew it.

No problem, arrive early and leave in the wee hours of the morning.

I know this is way off subject, but every summer we get together with friends and have our own version of a Bobby Flay Throw Down with judges, secret ballots and the whole nine yards. Of course my husband Tom wins every year, well once it was a tie. Yummy stuff!

Tippy, your husband's sauce skills will come in handy. I tend to focus on rubs and wood chip combos (pecan and apple for brisket ).
Last year I did a brisket and a pork roast and my buddy John (aka, Dr. Fred) did some ribs. I thought we had too much but most of it got toe th' hell up!
