i'd say around 5ml a day is a good guesstimate.. then again, i've had my 10mg days too....

the one that a lot of people like as their "go to" tobacco type is called "RY4", which is like a caramel tobacco...
you would be making a safe bet by ordering that one in a 30ml size.

you could also get your own flavorings and add a drop to the RY4 here & there (in a tank or a smaller 5ml bottle..)
the flavorings are around $1.50.. I use "The Flavor Apprentice" or also a lot of people like the "Lorann's".

I go through about 2ml a day and I smoked a pack a day. I buy 18 Nicotine juice. Also go with a 3-5 bottle sampler to start and try some differnt flavors. The place yo are getting the hardware from should have juice. then hang out here on the forum ask questions and read the differnt threads. Lots of good p3eople here.

I go through about 2ml a day, and I vape a lot. I started with 18mg and was vaping constantly, so thought a switch to 24mg would cut it down. It hasn't. Still vape constantly. Going back to 18mg now since didn't notice a change in my vaping frequency.

I have seen people claim to vape 10ml/day, but seems impossible to me. Maybe 4ml on the biggest of days........

Juice Components
Flavoring usually about 15%
PG enhances flavor, TH and lung hit- water like
VG= vapor and can mute flavor- thick
Nicotine- TH, lung hit and our need for nicotine. The MOST important ingredient in regards to TH and lung hit.
Standards in the industry are 80/ 20 or 70/ 30 PG/ VG. I vape 70/ 30 PG/ VG on my Kgo and Spinners and get HUGE clouds of vapor with a nice TH and lung hit.
I agree with the others- generally about 3-5 ml per day. Remember to drink lots of water.

No e-cig can really be vaped like a real cig they are just too heavy. For starters a decent kit is the first step. Like they are saying with the ego's they are a good place to start. That is where I started myself and I quickly moved to a VV mod because it gave me a lot more flexability. Not all liquids are vaped the same lol

From a Blog I plan on posting before I leave ECF:
"Best to buy samples to find your likes and dislikes. When I first began vaping I bought 30 wide ranging samples- fruits, tobaccos, coffees, desserts. etc. Out of those 30 I liked 10. Knowing the types of flavors I preferred I immediately ordered another 20 and out of those I liked 10…so out 50 different flavors I enjoyed 20. Months later I tried those 30 samples that I disliked and enjoyed all but one. Whether it was because my tastes had changed or they needed steeping I don’t know. Realize also "same name" juices will vary greatly in taste from vendor to vendor as they all have diff recipes and order ingredients from diff Suppliers."

You could always start DIY or order from Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail Located in China, ECF listed/ verified, great prices and has a large and loyal following. I've ordered tons of stuff from them and have been very happy with the product and the service. Also wait for Christmas Sales...HealthCabin last Chinese new Year had a great sale 30-50% off...ordered $800 worth of great stuff for $400 and free shipping.

Your leaving? NO! We can't buy any, what I now know to be "juice", in Australia with ANY nicotine in it all. I have to buy from USA which is $35.00 postage so experimenting is going to be expensive for this novice. Any suggestions please?

Thank you so much. Because I know nothing I was looking at a eGo-T 650 but it seems large to me. Is there a nice little feminine number with long battery life and not too many hassles. Does every part of all of them need to be replaced regularly? How do you start DIY? Ooops, better stop. Too many questions, but you seem such an amazing font of knowledge.

DIY E-Liquid You need Pg and VG cheaply from the Pharmacy. For 1/2 liter of PG and VG it's about $20 Cdn. VG is in the First Aid Section. PG is special order- tell them you're making non allergenic soap or candles. Order high strength flavorless Nicotine juice. For measuring buy http://www.walmart.com/ip/Apex-Oral-Medication-Small-Syringe-1-ct/10811118 for $2- clear coat nail polish the numbers otherwise they wear off. Here's a free calculator, also recipes:
eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator
And you'll need some flavoring.
Here also is the ECF Aussie Forum:
Australia - New Zealand Forum after 5 posts wait 1 hr and you'll be able to post there.

Edit: batteries are good for about 300 charges. If they're small and need to be charged twice per day then they won't last as long. Near impossible to get long battery life in a small PV. The only part that needs regular replacing is the the delivery part (the part that holds and vaporizes the juice- these are separate piece from the battery

I myself think Vapor Eyes ER, deserves a round of applause. My god what great info. If every person in the "I want an e cig but don't know what to do" world read this advise, there would be no one smoking coffin nails at all, anywhere, any time, any how. My hat is off to Vapor Eyes ER.

agreed, and seconded!
