I have already went through 3 Cisco LR 1.5 ohm 510 attys in about 1 to 1.5 weeks... Am I doing something wrong or could this just be defective attys???

This is what I normally do on brand new attys:

1. I blow into atty from both sides (someone told me there is no primer liquid in Cisco LR's, but I do it just to be safe)...
2. I remove the wick with tweezers...
3. I flood atty with 8-10 drops of liquid and let it in a shot glass for about 10 mins....
4. I wipe off excess liquid that leaked out from threads and screw into eGo battery...
5. I put 2 more drips and begin vaping...

All three attys started off good and within a day or two, the attys seemed to lose its power/heat... It was like the coils were having a hard time heating up and turning the liquid into vapor... I normally put 2-3 drips into the atty, which normally gives me 6-8 good hits... but after a few days from priming the atty, the vapor would just die off, and the atty just didnt sound like it was working right...

It is also good to note that I have a Cisco LR 1.5 ohm 510 atty, which was given to me by a friend who already used it for a month before giving it to me... This same atty is still going (3 weeks later) and has outlasted the 3 attys that I primed myself, so I dont think I am dripping wrong... Also, the sound the coil from this atty makes sounds like it is going at full throttle and is working like a champ, and it also feels like this atty is pushing the vapor into my mouth and giving me huge clouds... but the 3 attys that I primed, sound/act nothing like this...

I have also tried cleaning all 3 crappy attys, along with the one "champ" atty with highping's atty resurrection method and the results were... "champ" still worked like a champ, one atty completely died, and the other 2 had no change at all (coils still not working/sounding right) before completly not shutting down (coils still working, but little to no vapor, and the sound of the coil sounds like it is only working at 10-15%)...

IAre these attys defective, or am I doing something wrong??? Should I contact the vendor or is this normal... Can someone please help me...

BTW, I use mainly V4L WOW juice (70/30 mix) if it makes any difference...

Any and all help is much appreciated... Mahalos

between here and there
get some straight pg and after cleaning put a few drops on and vape but don't inhale.....may have to do it a couple of times.....it can't hurt
lr especially the 1.5 tend to get really hot really fast and are known not to last long....that is why vendors do not give warrenties on them....
hope this helps.

Actually, after cleaning with Highping's method, I would then prime with 8-10 drops of juice and let sit for about 10 mins before vaping it again... It works on the "champ" atty, but not the other 3 crappy attys... and, the 3 attys didnt really get hot... It was like the coils werent getting enough power from the fully charged battery, so it might've been that the attys circuit was defective??? IDK, I really like the Cisco atty that works because it gives a great TH, huge amount of vapor and flavor is good, but these 3 crappy attys got me confused... I got 3 more attys from the same order as the 3 crappy ones, and i will see what happens when I put straight pg on them... What is the reason for dripping on the PG though???

Thanx for the reply...
