I am trying to buy e-cigs and I am very confused as to which one to buy. I am looking for 2 or 3 piece. FDA ok, and the closest taste to a real cigarette. please help. Thanks

First of all, there is NO FDA OK e-cig. NONE. The FDA is trying to get them banned. Your best bet for a new user is a simple EGO kit made by JOYTECH. Accept no substitutes! Not for starting out, any way. Get a kit with TWO batteries. Avoid going hog wild on nicotine content. Start out in the medium range 11-12mg nic content and adjust from there.

The kit mentioned above is way too simple and won't keep you satisfied for long. I started out with something like that and wasted a lot of money. Believe me, you'll want something better right away. An whatever you do...DO NOT buy anything at a kiosk at a mall!! RIPOFF City!!!

I reciently went through the same learning curve as you did. I started with the blu and that wasn't good enough after the first week. As stated above, go with the ego. Get a basic kit that has two batteries. It will come with some atomizers to get you started. At that point you will have a couple batteries you will like. The next thing is picking a delivery system you will like. You can stick with the atomizers and drip if you like but I would suggest ordering a couple different delivery systems. Order one of each kind. Order a refillable cartomizers and a clearomizer. The ce5 clearomizer is a staple in the vaping world and has proven to be tried and true. It's cheap and works well. This is what I've settled on and always use. Next you need to figure out your juice. I made a mistake of ordering 25 different samples from one place. Don't do that. Order from several different juice vendors. Just order one or two small bottles from 2-3 different vendors. Don't go crazy till you see what and who you like. Only order from juice vendors with great reputations. I've settled on Mt Baker Vapor. The juice was great right out of the mail, cheap and came in two days. They also have a great reputation. Lots of good vendors out there. On the juice page there is a sticky with the best juices of 2012. Pick some of the winners. They are winners for a reason. Another thing to be aware of is sometimes juice needs to be steeped. It's not ready to vape right out of the mail. I think if is a flavor the vendor has had for a while its steeped already but if they just got it in then you will need to steep it yourself. I know the local vape store here takes the tops off the flavors so they steep. I'm sure most places do this also. My point is dont get discouraged if the juice does not taste right the day you get it. It will get better. Ordering more than one flavor ups your chances of getting something ready to vape. Good luck. It's a steep learning curve but once you figure it out its well worth it.

How much do you smoke each day and what brand? What is your budget? There are no FDA approved PVs out there. It's a false clam made by unscrupulous vendors. You will never find a juice that tastes like tobacco- there are many flavors available that would prolly knock your sox off. The average nicotine level for beginners is "usually" 18 or 24 mg dependent on the above question re: brands, etc

I started not that long ago. I spent 3-4 days going through postings on here and even posted a help me I am a noob request.
here is what I learned. Alot if what you read will take a bit of time to register but it will come. Hang out here alot. So what I did was I found a real ecig store by me not a mall thingy. tried the EGO and a couple of differnt juices. I like you wanted a ciggy flavor but there is not a real Winston flavor and least it didn't taste like winston. So if there is a store go there, not a mall thingy. if not go to a good vendor I like LJ's e Smokes they are awsome people.

I would recomend getting a twist or VV They allow you to adjust the voltage to change the taste of the juice. and then get a back up battery it can be single or variable volt. depends on your $$$
Get several CE4 clearomisers, they are what you put you juice in to vape. get one for each flavor and a few spares. and be sure you have a battery charger. That will get you started and unless you get carried away you should be under $100.

come here often ask questions and read posts and life will get better.
