I need to contact accounting administration.

Hi.
I'm hoping this post will bring me in touch with the accounting department of ECF.
I've been charged twice for my annual membership, once in September and now once in October.
Would like to get this resolved.
Please offer me a way to contact an Admin in Accounting !
