All up in your grill..
Personally I think it's very smart that this forum is set up to prohibit discussing illegal activities. Remember what we are up against. There is a 3 decade old and multi million dollar campaign being waged to marginalize nicotine users into the category of sub human addicts. Electronic cigarettes level that playing field and offers nicotine users the empowerment of being able to say: "I'm not hurting you so back off."

Now with all the time and effort and money spent by these groups to capture the moral high ground and electronic cigarettes threatening that empowerment it's no small wonder that these groups have deemed us as a target to be taken down by any means necessary. Add to that the major influence on our legislative process that the BP and BT industries have and we see the future of our beloved devices in serious jeapordy. The forum people were smart enough to see this coming right from the start and enacted a zero tolerance policy about discussing illicit substances. Ask your self why? The answer is obvious. Giving concrete evidence that we are just a bunch of junkies is exactly what our enemies need to put the final nail in our coffins.

Mac, you got it in one. That was exactly my thinking when I decided there'd be no discussion of illegal drugs here.

There's probably hundreds of thousands of places on the net to discuss drugs. Mixing them up with e-cigarettes on the web's most prominent e-cig forum seemed to me to be an absoulte recipe for disaster.

And your thinking (in my opinion) is 100% correct. Thank you SJ for this awesome resource. If not for this forum I would have likely been buying into the company literature from early suppliers and wondering why business tapered off and this great idea didn't work while pumping gas or selling used tires!

You have to remember this forum is most likely monitored by some federal agencies that would love to generalize E-cig users as something we're not. We have to present a good image to the general public in order to be accepted into mainstream society. You can bet there are some anti E-cig types scrutinizing every word on this forum. Remember "what you say can and will be used against you" which means nothing you say will be used to help you.

How did "....." get through the filter if Tommy Smother's brother did not?

I felt the ..... of that particular auto-edit when posting to a TV thread and trying to refer to Richard Van .... by his more common name. I'm curious whether a member's mention of Peter O'Toole will come out intact. :D:D:D
