Relax you can do it. If u need analog have on don't drive yourself crazy. Everyone switching over to ecigs at their own pace. Try getting some 36mg juice. Good luck. You can do it.

Thank you for replying. I'm just going crazy here trying to keep my mind busy. If it wasn't 105 degrees today I would of been to the store by now. I feel if I smoke a analog I'm failing.

You've come to the right place.... try to remember just how bad they smell.... or how expensive they are.... do you REALLY want to run out to the store right now and spend all that money just to cough and stink? :-(

lol no I don't, but my body is having that after dinner craving that's really intense. Thinking to myself ( I can do it I can do it ) but my body is saying (get that analog NOW!!)

Nvi I would order an ego twist and jucies you like now, ben at the vaping thing a while and a good hit and having juice you like really helps.no worry when cigs are done its over but to say you never want a smoke when you want a smoke is nothing to worry about. No one wants you to have an all or nothing vaping experience, for me I carried a pack of smokes for a month after I had never had one for a safety blanket.

OK I'll try that, but I just ordered 2x 30ml of my fave juice and I was thinking about cutting that down...sigh guess I'll have to up my dosage and vape no nic in between.

Don't be so quick to cut down on the nic! Especially if you are still having cravings. I used 36 mg juice for the first three months that I vaped. That is what it took to get me off the cigs.

You may surprise yourself if you do break down and smoke. The cig will most likely not taste as good as you remember. If the 36 mg does not help, some people are having good results with WTA. Whole tobacco alkoloids. So, that may be another option.

You may eventually need to get a bigger PV. I went to Variable Voltage after 3 months of vaping and it made all of the difference in the world.

Good luck and don't give up. Even if you do smoke, get right back on your PV. It takes some of us a little longer then others. I was not one of the ones that put the cigs down right away either.
Hang in there.

BTW- I just noticed where you are. There are many of us here from SC and some even very close to you. Be sure to join the South Carolina Forum in the Social Groups section when you get a chance :)

I hate this feeling tho. It feels like withdrawal. I just bought a new set (not the twist) and it should be here on Monday. I am running low on my juice...maybe I'm just worrying to much and its stressing me out and I'm craving. IDK I'm working on it and thank you!!

Social Group: will do

I don't think my juice vendor has 36 mg juice. I'll look on some other sites to see if they have anything I wanna try. Thank you salemgold.

I know of a place very close to you that you would be able to get juice if needed. It is a Brick and Mortar store in Columbia. They will help you out. E Cig : Joye eGo & eGo-T | Boge Leo | Cartomizers | E-Liquid | Electronic Cigarettes | eGo Tank

Here is the SC Forum South Carolina Vapers Forum

I DIY all of my own juice. If you are in a bind and need some 36 mg to get you through until you can get some, send me a PM. I can mail to you on Monday and you will have it on Tuesday.
It is no problem at all. You will find that the members of this community help each other out all of the time.

Hang in there... Have you tried dripping? When I was going through transition, the only thing that really satisfied a hard core smoking urge was a dripping session. It hit hard and fast and a few drops (7-8 strong hits) felt way more like smoking a single cig with similar satisfaction for the ritual.

Best of luck, know we're all here for you!
