Hey thanks for all the info, we each got our own EVOD set so we each have 2 batts, 2 clearos, 1 charger each and 5 extra coils each. I bought a total of 55ml of juice when I was at the local vape shop but from all the reading I have been doing I feel like we will need more pretty quickly. We were rolling our own smokes at a total of about $100 a month and that's about what we were hoping to spend on juice and coils a month but now I'm not too sure if we will be able to stay that low price wise.
once you have your gear setups it is mostly coils and juice you will be spending on. $100 bucks a month is doable long run just not up front. It is going to take awhile to find what you really like and there might be some false starts.
There are ways to cut back on the costs of juice and coils but that is maybe a bit advanced for right now. One thing you can do is clean your used dead coils, let them dry well and toss them in a baggie. Later when you are more comfortable with everything you might want to try rebuilding them (EVODS are simple to rebuild) and you will have all those old ones ready and waiting for you to put back into working order. If you never decide to rebuild nothing is lost they can be tossed out or passed on to someone here on ECF who does rebuild.
Gambit is a pretty darn expensive juice 5 Pawns being one of the most expensive vendors out there. Maybe try some small bottles from Mt Baker vapor of various things. THey are on the cheaper side and nice juices. Also don't be afraid of getting out of your comfort zone flavor wise. I thought when I started I wanted tobacco flavors and it turned out to be fruits and mints that really did it for me. Also do not be surprised of your tastes change as your tastebuds come back over the next few months.
I like to tell new people to buy lots of sample packs from lots of vendors. You will like some and not like others. Those you don't like stick in a drawer somewhere and come back to them in a a few weeks. Your tastes may have changed and flavors change over time (we call it steeping).
