Those RS 18350 batts only last me about .5ml of E-juice before it starts dropping off. That's with Boge 2.0 ohm cartos.
Once the voltage gets down to 3.8, it just starts losing vapor and flavor. I believe they are TrustFire batteries. The blue ones. And they take several hours to recharge.
It sounds like you made need at least 3 batteries for uninterrupted vaping.

At least you got yours to fire. I ordered one and it won't fire. Not sure if it's the roughstack maxi or the batteries. Madvapes won't respond to three attempts at me filing a ticket. When I try to call them, I get this message about the person I'm trying to call is not taking calls at this time.
A 700mAh bat won't even last as long as a 650 eGo because the voltage isn't being regulated. Sorry but if you want to go all day on one bat you have to at least get into the 2400mAh range. (unless you only vape on your lunch hour)
