I vape all the time in my car with nor issues. After a day of vaping Johnson Creeks Red Oak domestic i have a nasty film on the inside of my windows! After i cleaned them and vaped some more the next day the same crap clinging to them. This has never happened before. Iv used 10 different juices from different vendors amd never had this happen.

Just thinking out loud here but could it be a combination of not just the juice but the voltage that you are vaping at? Based on what I've read here, the different voltages vaporize the liquids differently so could it be that the voltage is more of the problem than the juice itself?

I get this from many of my juices that aren't JC and believe its the VG but could be wrong.

I'll agree with the VG. I noticed in the past year that since switching over to VG & VG/PG mixes that the window next to my computer desk where I sit an vape needs a more frequent cleaning. The inside of the glass gets a smokey film on it which it never did when I vaped straight PG.

You might want to check your car's engine coolant levels, as this is a common sign of them being too low. Would be a weird coincidence, and likely has nothing to do with it, but you might as well.

I think you are referring to is a leaky heater core. The heater core develops a leak on the inside of the vehicle which causes the coolant level to drop and the vehicle's interior windows will tend to develop a film on them from the coolant vapors being in the air. Otherwise a good working coolant system shouldn't lose any coolant.

I think we may be looking too hard at this. My windows developed a slight film before I smoked or vaped (though never 4 times from TX to Fl). Kinda feels like we're searching for an issue when there isn't one to be had...like when someone (op) finds fault with an otherwise perfect date (e-cigs) and dumps her because her laugh is annoying.

I drive my car about 8 hours a day and have only noticed a film building on the windows in the winter months. i believe this is because of condensation on the inside of the windows that the vapor will stick to. I would have to clean my windows at least once a day. In these recent springtime weeks the weather has been rather warm and I have not had to clean my windows for several weeks now.

Usually I crack the window a bit to let the vapor out in order to avoid this problem. Even when I forget latley it doesn't seem to build up. Just my two pennies :)

"I've heard this before, with folks using other e-liquid as well. However, from personal experience I have only noticed a film or buildup in vehicles where I used to smoke. It also could have to do with humidity, temperature, or coatings on the windshield. My best advice is to blow your vapor sideways when the windows are up, or out the window when you can keep them down. Our Red Oak liquid is 100% PG-Free, and our Original Smoke Juice recipe has varying ratios depending on the flavor. I'm sorry I could not be more helpful!"
