Oh my gosh I LOVE this forum....it is such a nice change from bouncing all over the ecf forum never remembering anyone.....this is a family. I wanted whomever said the line about Adam and Eve to see this, I told hubby and he actually emailed this to me just now:

We are moving and closing is August 15!!!!!!!!! My equipment still acts like it hates me and will not work well after yesterdays rant about wanting a REO. hehe Oh hope he doesn't remember about the $300 I need for a trip he isn't going on lolol

This is the way to go!! You will most likely never find the 'blemish' (Rob is a perfectionist) and it is a big discount. Last time I looked they had some nice ones up on the site. Also If you don't see a blemished that you like just PM Rob and he'll let you know when it becomes available. They also have a 'notify me' link on his site that will email you as soon as one is in stock. AWESOME!!!

I do all my own work on my Triumph. I only pay the dealer for mounting and balancing tires because its a pita. Can't buy a cheap balancer for a SSSA back tire.

I love my job, and living here for free is hugely amazing (especially winter time---THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS saved on heating bills)

Living on site, being on the clock 24/5 does have its downside though. Tonight for instance, gotta lock the doggy in the bedroom, cause caterers will be using my kitchen from 3pm - 10:30 pm to cater a special event in the Great Room. really, really annoying. not as annoying as bills though

Let's see. I got my first Reo three weeks ago. Ordered my second Reo after vaping on the first one for a few hours and now I got one of the SL LP 2.1 blems offered today. So three weeks, three Reos. Is a pattern developing or is it a mental disorder? Not sure, but I feel fine and pretty dag gone happy and a little broke!

The Beatles? I'm a reformed hippie and even I don't like the Beatles! . Enjoyed the photos of your lodge, Sloth. I booked a cabin in the Smokies today for Thanksgiving week. May be making an impromptu trip to Denver at the end of the month to see the son/DIL and visit those mountains. I'd love to live in the mountains some day. Until now, my favorite mountains are in Alaska though. Kind of far to commute.

More Reo converts!! I've really enjoyed my mini but for the life of me, I can't see needing more than one. Easy to swap juice and I have a few batteries charged all the time. Am I missing something?? I may need a woodvil some day though.

No, you need an OliveR or Dibi as we call it for short. This is my walnut Dibi, I have one in maple coming soon.

You finally convinced me that I needed a REO! Just got one on the classies about an hour ago! Now you want me to get a DIbi. Wow the Dibi is beautiful but if I look at it any longer I might turn to stone! Must look away! Look away!

I'd really like my NT banner to reflect a profit some day. haha...that won't happen for a while. BTW, have a flight booked to DEN for 8/29 staying until 9/3 if I can get away from the office. I'll touch base with you before that if it looks like we'll make it. I probably should tell my son soon.

A couple of ?? for the NT Reonauts though (because I never post anywhere except here). My copper vein mini smells like metal. Duh. Problem for me is my hands smell slightly like a penny and I can actually taste it so messes with my juice flavors. Will a clear coat kill that?

Also, when it comes to battery safety, do they just stop taking a charge so you know to buy new ones or is there a rule of thumb time frame to replace them?

Ms. C - where are you staying in the smokies? I grew up in Johnson City so I've spent some time in the Smokies. I spent new year's eve up on LeConte a couple years ago actually - a buddy of mine I met while working on trails in Vermont was the winter caretaker of the lodges up there. We had a blast. But at night, from the view at the lodge, Pidgeon Forge looks like Las Vegas. Turn around and the view is pitch black, only mountains. Quite a trip! I don't know how to answer your REO questions but I look forward to seeing the answers. The only question I can answer is this one: "More Reo converts!!
