A little off-topic....but what's the fascination with big clouds of vapor? I too vape for my nic fix and flavor and some vapor is fine but I really don't like huge clouds in my face.

Some chase clouds, some chase flavor, some just try to figure out how to get a reliable vape. I chase total vape satisfaction, I want something that tastes great, fills my lungs up with a goodly volume of vapor to fully satisfy the old smoking syndrome, and I want my nic hit, and I want something that I just usually have to fill up my tank and vape daily. Although I don't chase clouds, clouds are present when I vape.

I am into re-buildable atomizers, rba's. To me this is where I find vape satisfaction and the ability to vape at high watts. Just finished build a triple reverse twisted, twisted ribbon Kanthal build, very similar to the Alexander Mundy build, and I am liking the increased flavor, came out to .74 ohms and vaping quite excellent.

Clouds are fine, flavor is great, but total vape satisfaction is my focus. Everyone has their own needs, wants and goals with their vape gear. And their seems to be something for most everybody.

Vape long and Prosper!!

Im sorry but vaping isnt about looking like a choo choo train man. Don't give our community that image. I mean yeah having a big cloud is nice. But you dont need to go sub ohm and crank it to 6 volts.

The big clouds isn't so I look like a choo choo.... It's deeper than that. That cloud chase keeps me off The nasty ......
sir. Thanks.

Rebuilding your own genesis/RBA/RDA/RTA may be your road to success for clouds of vapor. Considering you are choosing your resistant kanthal wire, and how much heat you want from your battery. Choosing your wicking material etc. The key is for sure sub-Ohming (.9 and lower ohmz) in resistance, more VG than PG, higher power output, etc. Now for me my everyday vape is a XL cartotank with a standard resistance of 2.8 ohmz and i vape 70vg 30 pg. I get a good amount of vape. But it would be alot more if i use a low resistant cartomizer 1.8 - 2.0 ohmz. But nothing compared to what my trident clone can do. I use a 28g kanthat resistant wire and cotton.

Awesome thread guys and thank you for the technical knowledge. It will piece itself together after spending another 60hours reading this forum. I want big clouds of smoke, thats what gives me the satisfaction, aswell as a sweet flavour, tiny bit of nicotine and the inciest bit of throat hit. Its the voluminous plumes I'm after. It just does something to me that brings the satisfaction of what may or may not have been a big drag of another type of smoke.
