I ordered via phone when the site was unable to process on JAN 30,2012. I have yet to receive a note, a update, an "OH, we are sorry, we are filling bulk orders before you as they make more money for us." NOTHING! I want a credit card refund now or I will do a chargeback which, as we all know, is the reason most CC processors avoid e-cig sites. I do not want to do that for that reason. I just want my money back now. I sent an email a few weeks ago and never even got a response.
At the time of my order, I was told a few weeks. I guess bulk orders make more money than little people like me. This mod Ho can do without the odd looking lil mod. Please please will someone answer me this way. I am usually a very nice and reasonable person but I am losing patience.

I sent my headcap in back in feb for a rebuild. Still havnt heard anything on that either. Emailed about 2 weeks ago maybe and nothing. I have another GLV so its no big deal to me for the wait. I just want to know that they got it is all.

As you Jan 30th that is a long time. I know they have been extremely busy with the bulk orders but if thats the case jay should hire more help or focus on the customers first. Just my opinion

I sent emails in the past that did not get answered and I have to admit I was a bit miffed, but I just called Sara and she refused to put the phone down and answered all my questions. She is a sweetheart.

A lot of times a simple call can straighten out email misunderstandings.
Follow what it is says on your sig line.. its sage advice ;)

Yeah all it takes is a phone call to us to solve any issue you may have. For those who may have forgotten we took a little vacation to get a new shop and stock up. That is the only reason we are backed up. We DO have help and orders are going out fairly quick . All I need is your order number or name so we can give you a refund . BTW the bulk orders have been in the longest so they go out first. To be honest I'm kinda sick of this kind of stuff . There is no reason for this kind of post when all you had to do is call us. I will NOT be moving anyone up in line no matter how much you complain, or threat to do a charge back. As a matter of fact you can call me right now and we will refund your money..today!! There is a list on the site of how the GLVs go out. That list is in the order they came in...period! Build lists are 20 -30 GLVs at a time. If your GLV has not gone out it would have this week.

30th of jan? sounds to me like it may be lost in the mail . give me a call so we can get to the bottom of this for you.

Jay mine was sent feb 23rd ish not in jan lol. The tracking number stated it was delivered to the address on the 28th i believe
