I ordered via phone when the site was unable to process on JAN 30,2012. I have yet to receive a note, a update, an "OH, we are sorry, we are filling bulk orders before you as they make more money for us." NOTHING! I want a credit card refund now or I will do a chargeback which, as we all know, is the reason most CC processors avoid e-cig sites. I do not want to do that for that reason. I just want my money back now. I sent an email a few weeks ago and never even got a response.
At the time of my order, I was told a few weeks. I guess bulk orders make more money than little people like me. This mod Ho can do without the odd looking lil mod. Please please will someone answer me this way. I am usually a very nice and reasonable person but I am losing patience.
