Nice looking coil and a great hack for a tool stand
I find twisted does two things for me...
1) It seems to bump up the flavour. I've read that this is because of the extra surface contact with
juice that the convolutions of the twisting allows.
2) It's a great way to get to lower resistance in a single coil (may not be what you're looking for). Because it's essentially a parallel coil, the ohmage is half of the same coil made to the same specs (wrap count, diameter, etc).
It works great in atties that lend themselves to single
coils exclusively (RM2, Chalice, for example) and it also works well in more extreme builds (eg, dual twisted coils in a Vector).
