...someone would invent a rebuilbable tank system, like the Vivi Nova type, that was made from polypropylene instead of polycarbonate. Something that was reasonable priced. I can't afford to pay $50/tank because I diy, and I have tons of rotating flavors, most of them fruity. I am so sick of everything coming out in polycarbonate.

I don't want to deal with ANY cracking issues. Beside the cracking issues, polycarbonate contains BPA, and I'd prefer not to be vaping it. I love my polypropylene tanks and pre-Bogegate cartos, but soon I'll be looking for a replacement. I don't want to keep buying cartomizers, knowing it's a crapshoot.

I'm waiting... Or maybe there is something I don't know about yet...

Have never had a problem with any of my tanks including those made from Syringes so I've never paid any attention to what they were made from. Maybe your solution is a metal tank, they have them for Vivi Nova, not sure of other brands. It's a pain not being able to see your juice level but it has to be better than the problems you're having.

Thanks for your response. I haven't had any problems yet. I still have a fairly good supply of my "old stock" Boge cartos for now. Vaping has been such a lifesaver for me after smoking for 35+ years. I would have a problem not seeing my juice level in a metal tank. I guess I'll see what come up in the next few months. I like the rebuildable idea, I just don't see anything I like in my price range worth rebuiding yet. What kind of cartos do you use in your syringe tanks?

Have run the gambit on many different tanks with various, mostly DC cartos but tired of them once I became involved with clearomizers. After trying many of the various types of Clearos I've pretty much settled on the Vivi Nova which meets my needs for now. Hard to guess what next month will bring. :)

This Phil Busardo review pretty much covers my experience with them. A PBusardo Review - Vivi Nova 2.5 - YouTube

About the biggest asset to vaping is a decent Variable Voltage PV. They can make the difference between a mediocre vape and an excellent vape with whatever your choice may be.

Edit: Hadn't thought of it before but what are our juice bottle made of? Probably sounds a little wonky but I use 15ml juice bottle for a tank on bottom coil C3 cartomizers that works out a better than the stock C3s that seem to be hit and miss, some great, some terrible out of the box.

Yes, I've been following Bogegate with Phil very closely. He's supposed to do another update soon. I have several VV mods and also one that's "kicked". I've been very happy with DCTanks cut down to fit an sr Boge carto. I haven't tried a lot of the new stuff because I've been so satisfied with this setup. I am trying to gain all of the knowledge I can about the rebuildables. I can just imagine the freedom in a quality tank system that has a rebuildable atty...

SmokTech is putting out rebuildables with what seems to be PP tubes.

Here's one vendor that is carrying V1 - Smoktech Rebuildable Tank System

There is one coming out with a V2 that has screw on base and top.

ETA:
Here it is - Latest ViVi Tank V2 rebuildable Tank - HOT Sale e-cigarettes - Product Catalog - Shenzhen RainbowHeaven Technology Co., Ltd--electronic cigarette, e-cigarette, electronic cigarette suppliers

Thanks so much! I am off to look for reviews on this one. It looks promising. Since I have enough of the old Boge cartos to last about 8 months, I am interesting in seeing how this progresses. I may order one just to play with it.

Thanks, but I am really looking for a tank system. The price is attractive on this, I'll say that.

Be careful, Phil DID NOT like this tank  However, with a very little bit of tweaking they are very good (for the price). There are a few threads on them - here's one I started: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...1-fyi-smoktech-making-genesis-style-atty.html
