Tried that.. Maybe I'm just not able to access it because I'm on a work computer.. Although I don't 'think' anything is blocked. I'm able to go everywhere I've tried to, including Youtube.

That's bizarre. I wouldn't think it would be blocked. Using firefox or ie7/8?

I think an OC3 will be adequate for irc.

He probably has anything not port 80/21/23/25/110 blocked kinda thang.

Given that it's IRC - I have a dedicated IRC terminal I leave on a few channels sitting at my left shoulder here, so I'd pretty much be logged in (if not chatty) all day. I'll pop in the address after I wake up.

v4lvapers.info is up and well as v4lvapers.info/irc but a few are having firewall issues getting either to login for them. I'll hash things out this week if anyone's interested.
