ok guys and gals...

a headsup... im looking for two moderators in the chat room who can handle simply overseeing it...the main chat channel is generally no rules..although there are a couple for the random "out of bounds" behaviour that i will be setting.. most moderating will be done through private warnings and if still no resolution.. a public warning before banning..

if you're a control freak or power tripper... please do not apply..if you are into the idea of having power you never use..and want to simply have fun and watch for the RARE offense... please feel free to join the chat and pm me..

i will be writing a list of the few rules to be observed and will hopefully set them up on a bot that can send a txt file for reading

sorry.. but i forgot to mention something about the chat that's been on my mind...

this chat is meant for ALL users.. this includes suppliers and manufacturers and such..

i do NOT want suppliers who choose to join the chat to feel attacked by customers looking for an easy quick way to assault them or even get in touch in a business fashion...

any supplier joining the chat may feel free to discuss thier product in a reasonable fashion. ie: the realization that the chat is not a sales platform.. you may feel free to offer discounts (if you wish) to members of both forum and chat within the chat room.. but the chat is for general discussion and again.. not a sales platform..

for users/consumers.. again.. the chat is NOT a sales platform... all may join in conversation about suppliers and with suppliers about any given product..but i will not tolerate harrasment of the suppliers... the chat is a place for all to be social and the suppliers who may join (we have two regulars already) should not feel that they are pressured to do business within the arena of a FUN chatroom
