So, tonight I'm sitting here in front of my computer, and reached for one of my Grands that has the Igo BF on it, and prepared myself for the great vape I was about to receive, and, nothing. What the heck? 
I'm looking it all over, pushing the button, watching the battery spring, and finally thinking to check the battery, knowing I hadn't run it down already. Hmm, battery is good, now what? Ok, so I pull the rda and look at the center post. That post looked pretty close to flush with the connector end. So I'm trying to figure out how to pull it out a little bit, but decided to go take a pic to put up here to see what you all thought.
After I downloaded the pic, I decided to put it all back together again. I'm sure by now most of you have figured out where this is going, right? While screwing the rda back down, that big black delrin button caught my eye, and I put my finger against it and it turned a bit. Oh crap.
I don't know why, but sometimes, the first thing I should check, is the last thing I check. 
So now, all is well, and I'm enjoying my vape.
