as title reads. speak up if you wish. maybe it will help some vets too. try and steer away from device oriented tip but if you must feel free. curious what some will say... maybe the tip should be for a "vet" to post this in the proper section..shhhh I don't know i figured it might hit more intermediate and vet vapers here.

Don't worry about labels, except in regards to the contents of your juice. Find a simple, tried and true set up while you are trying to quit. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to re-invent the wheel while trying to quit smoking.

Stick with it, even on "bad vape" days.

Drink lots of water.

No, your cold/flu is not caused by vaping and if you spill some juice on yourself, you will be ok.

(I know I was only supposed to give one...:D)

Nothing will ever be a true replacement to cigarettes!;but I do only spend 7$ a week on juice.

It wasn't until I tried some really good tobacco ejuice in a mini protank 2 on a vision spinner 2 that I was able to quit smoking. Cig-alikes dont work nearly as well as a decent e-cig setup that can be found online for less than 20$ shipped, get a decent mid level set-up like that and save yourself that cigarette money! Plus if you somehow cant commit to it like the rest of us, your only out 30-ish dollars.

I vape on a MVP2 which I believe most would consider the step up to Spinners and Twists, yet still a step below the more expensive full mods.

Don't discard juice that you initially do not like.

You will be amazed at how much your tastes will change during your first few weeks/months of no tobacco.
Also, the juice itself will change as it steeps. Sometimes for the better, sometimes not so much!
After you are at this for awhile, the mad scientist or gourmet chef inside you will have fun mixing those juices together and maybe inventing something new and amazing!

And if not, then play those juices forward to someone else who may just love what you do not! Win/win!:)
