If you haven't already signed this petition to Prevent the FDA from regulating or banning the sale and use of electronic cigarettes, accessories and associated liquids please take a few moments to register and sign this. If you have facebook accounts ect, please post links if you feel comfortable doing so. We have to have a couple thousand more by Feb 16th or it won't get seen by the people who can do something to help our cause.[h=1][/h]

Were not doing to bad... ive been following it and we seem to be averaging ~1200 sigs a day... It was started on January 14, so in 7 days, we already have 7k signatures, and the the 7th day si just beginning... I predict at least 8000 by midnight... if we can keep this pace up, we will have no problem exceeding 25k (good thing it was made before they changed the threshold to 100k, cause I dont think ANY petition could get that much... if you look through the petitions, you will see that very few even make it to 25k...

what I've been doing is posting it on facebook regularly. I do have a question. Wouldn't the FDA only be able to regulate nic liquid? I mean they can't say "you can't sell that stainless steel tube with that electronic stuff or springs and switches in it" can they?

I am glad I am only at 6mg nic now. started at 24 (being a 3 pack a day smoker) and i am fine with going to 0mg nic liquid as long as I still have my PV in hand...

What I can't figure out is with all the vapers in the world and on ECF why we don't have an excess already. I sure hope your right.

They can't regulate electronic parts but they can regulate the ecigs that are being sold and not everyone has the will or the where with all to build their own.

I grabbed the list of signatures on the petition, parsed the city and state in the file and mapped out the signers (only ~17K had city/state). Vendors, looks like midwest and plains states are ripe
