If you ordered Blu (Support Group)

Hey, there was a hubpage that I was following that people were leaving comments to give progress reports on when they ordered versus when product shipped. After the crap really hit the fan this week, the owner of the page (understandably) disabled comments. So I wanted to start a thread on here so that people could specifically say when they ordered and give status updates.

So, here's me: Ordered on 6/10/09, as of today: no status update.
Have been debating canceling, still not sure.

Ordered on 6/9.
Status changed to shipped on 6/30.
Status changed to delayed pending inventory on 7/8.
Cancelled on 7/8.

It is understandable that there are delays. But the way that blu has handled their customer service side of things, I won't order from them again. On the upside I ordered a Joye 510 from TrueSmoker and received it in 2 days. This thing is awesome.

UPDATE: I sent my email to jason, telling him I understand his frustration, and the huge overload of sales, though I wanted him to know I WANT to be a life time customer and Im getting very itchy on just buying a different one, well, he e-mailed be back, and now my order is claiming to be shipped, priority mail.
I hope it's for real!! I'll update when it arrives

Did the same thing yesterday got a reply email 5 minutes later stating he contacted shipping and my order would be shipped right away. Checked status of my order on blucigs and sure enough, it was shipped. Checked the usps website this morning and it was received last night and is now en-route to me :D Will update when it arrives
