If you switched from analogs to vaping...
1. How many packs a day did you smoke
A little less than a pack a day for 32 years.
2. How long did the switch take
I quit smoking analogs using the cold turkey method 30 days before I started vaping. Started with a 510 kit from cignot.com, also purchased a usb 510 passthrough.
Also purchased 2 Joye egos 900 mah battery about 2 weeks after I started vaping. The passthrough gets used more than either of the 510's or egos.I'm at home most of the time.
3. Number of analogs and vapng each day during the switch.
None
4. How much did you vape every day after the switch.
Hard to say. The flavors are so good that I started vaping probably around 1-3 mgs per day.
5. What mg nicotine did you use to switch
Got some free samples of 16 and 18 mg from cignot when I purchased some hardware. It was to strong. Ordered 12 mg from Backwoods Brew and that's what I currently use. Sometimes I go down to 6 mg.
Some additional comments:
The last time I smoked an anolog was January 16,2011@ 4:52pm. I wasn't planning on quiting smoking that day. I just started feeling very bad coughing, difficulty breathing, tingling in my lower back. I said to myself that's it. No more cigs. I had quit smoking several times during the past 3 years.
Always used the cold turkey method: But always blew the quit after a period of time.
Blew a 4 and a half month quit
Blew another 3 month quit
Blew another 2 month quit
Blew 3 different 21 day quits
After blowing all those quits I decided this time I wasn't never going back to analogs. After about 3 weeks I decided to order the 510 kit from cignot...and a usb 510 passthrough from litecigusa.net. I told myself that if I was going to relapse again that instead of reaching for an analog I would try the electronic cigarette. I came across this forum and lurked for a while getting a lot of good information. Decided to order the 510 kit. I really didn't have any plans on trying the 510's when they arrived.
I was just going to have them availible in case I relapsed. That didn't work out to good.LOL. As soon as the kit arrived in the mail...I did have to try it out to make sure it worked

I immediately fell in love with vaping. The best part was all the good flavors. They're so delicious. Almost as good as eating. The best part was I wasn't and haven't had any of the bad side effects with ecigs that I had with analogs. Breathings good, no tingling in back, no coughing. None of the bad side effects that I had with analogs. I have got dizzy a few times. I just stop vaping for a few minutes and it goes away.
I drink plenty of water. I love vaping.
