lets put up the Cyclone… it has a b/f version, and an AFC adjustable dual air top cap as an add on option.

the AFC is wider than the stock cap, and so it would require an LP Reo (milled catch cup).

a bit pricey, but gorgeous little piece of work. Vicious Ant makes beautiful quality products imo.

for a while there head to head with the RM2 vs stock Cyclone i gave the nod to the Cyclone for flavor; on my next couple of builds, I couldn't quite hit that same sweet spot, and with dual coils / air holes i got a ton of vapor but less flavor.

I say it must be me and that there are factors, variables that come into play when matching a coil/wick to an atomizer design to optimize a particular design.

but in the end, i prefer the RM2 for ease of use and performance… and that includes flavor.

I hope Rob looks for other atomizers for b/f modding that are similar in size or larger for the Reo shop. but thats just me.

I never thought I'd say this but I favor the IGO - S style (I have cyclones that are modded like Rob will mod the IGO-S and there nearly identical from what I can see inside) because they feed and drain a whole lot more predictable, very simple to build and their SS. They also don't need an oring in the catchcup.

I like the ceramic deck in the RM2 but they both vape excellent.

The juice path in the robs new RBA or cyclone is straight thru the center post so they squonk easier too I find, and there is no void under the ceramic to collect juice. I like it :)

oh i forgot to add that in my experience so far dual coils are a different animal… most duals I've done had less flavor than the single coil drippers, and genie's … more vapor for sure.

(the Origen dripper is the first dual coil dripper that gave good flavor imo… VA's Kraken too which is a Genesis)

the OP mentioned less flavor in his Patriot dualie.

With lots of Reonauts getting Cyclones and etc, it will be nice to see all the results.

I am wondering if the IGO is smaller in diameter than the RM2.

I am having problems with the milled RM2 fitting in some of my catch cups on my wood REO's.

Would pick one up if I thought it would work in those.

A7's are smaller and fit most but I sold mine because of problems.

Are you talking about the original milling, or today? Since one bought today will fit the 14500 mini, it is surely smaller than the igo. That's my thought.

Your best bet is to send me your rm2s I can modify them . The igo will work with the new wood mods but not with the older wood reos

Thank you Robert! I have stuff to send you but, after the wood run is done. I will then order another RM2 per our previous conversation.

I have a igo s i modified to bottom feed.It looks real good on a mini.Never put it over on the grand because i have RM2's on my grands. The S is easy to build, vapor is good(drilled air hole) flavor is good too.I like that its easier to change flavors in the S( like super x said no ceramic for juice to collect under). If i had to choose one it would be the RM2,but at that price I choose both lol
