yeah top air is just a flavor killer. it's been known for years. IDK why companies make them and why reviewers hype them
Yes I've been having second thoughts about nano for a long time. Never had anything top flow that i liked. Thanks to Trolldragon and Anthony_Vapes for slapping me in the face and reminding me of what I've been suspecting all along
one day i'll do a formal review on the engine lol one day. i just don't know how without cursing LMAO
I still really like my Exo. Use it every few days. I can't stand the Nano. I couldn't get good flav out of that thing. Been sitting doing nothing for over a month.
I've had a few instances on the Exo taking off the top cap and unscrewing the chimney and liquid everywhere. I don't tighten the cap too hard and it's happened a few times. Other than that the tank has been great. I actually use my Griffen 25 + piece on the Exo now. I like it better.
As of now I've been pretty glued to the Pharaoh for the last few weeks. Thing has been amazing. Most likely the best quality tank I've had. Only downfall is the thing can really drink but I've had great flav and crazy vapor. Massive clouds.

Still find it hard to believe that the Engine has no flavor. Perhaps I should take my mouth in for a checkup.
Engine has great flavor, for me. So how is it I'm missing this flavor train on other tanks as well?
Is it gourmet juice? Is it my bad juice? Should I be vaping wattage mode only at 150W+?
Or, is it that the Engine is a simple, dead simple tank that doesn't need to be 'wicked juuust right' to perform?
I'm real puzzled. I've seen the comments. Horse, dead. Don't agree, and don't see this huge difference in 'flavor'
I do see a huge difference in ease of use and carry anywhere ability. Not talking the Nano, just the original Engine.
Enlighten me all encompassing one.
Just my opinion man. No need to get your panties in a bunch. It makes a good tank for bad juice cause I can barely taste it lol. If your experience differers good for you. For me it's a dud

I def think the Dual Engine is 100 times better than the Nano. I'm impressed with the Dual Engine. The Nano I just can't get a good flav out of it. I think I've had a good wick 1 or 2 times. Vape in TC only Dual Engine is leaps and bounds better imo. I know you have one
The solution: I got this off of my fastech forum. It shed more light and profers a solution to the ijoy exo problem with atomisers not found.

It may work for some but I am really not interested in putting lead solder on the inside of any RTA or RDA.
On a mod's 510 pin or to raise up a 510 heatsink pin, sure... Never near airflow or juice.
It's bad enough half of the cheap RDA's out there are made out of some unknown Chi-Nee brass.

Finally got my EXO RTA from slowtech
Threw in the coil that comes with it (not sure what it is)
Switched out the Philips head screws for Allen grubs
Wicked by grabbing the end of the tail and lightly tucking it in
Like how DJlsb vapes does it
No leaks or dry hits 70/30 VG/PG juice
Got the black version no Atomizer warning issues on my alien
JFC is smooth with just the right tension
Observations:
Using the single coil deck
Vaping with the restrictor in gives me a perfect restricted lung hit
At 37watts 400F temp
Flavor and vapor are awesome just a tiny bit better than my engine nano
With the 2ml tank
Slightly less flavor and cooler vape with the 6ml tank
Issues:
Shipped out on the 5th of this month just got it today
other I had was when cleaning the parts one of the o-rings came off
Figured it was from the bottom of the bell
All is good I’m really lovin’ this tank
