Haha Hey guys!
I know allot of you noticed how bad i am at private messages. I probably spoke to a good portion of you on the phone, skype, and of course emails :D
During all the mayhem of getting these running at full speed, it;s just been difficult. Honestly, I had spread myself way too thin and work life is a struggle although I Love ♥ every single moment of it. During the transitioning I had run into a few faults with the way we receive emails and a good portion of them had been lost.
One of the LARGEST things that inspired me to become a vendor was being ignored in the past by many. The feeling of being ignored is one of the most worst feelings in the world. It's something i would never ever want someone to feel. I had received a Pm from a member who asked why am I ignoring him and as I looked through the inbox I see over a couple hundred unread private messages and it just crushed me. Not the the fact that it's certainly overwhelming but how many of you most likely feel this way. I love a lot of you guys. and of course the messages are from a ton of familiar names that I absolutely adore and would never ever dream of ignoring. Your all very very good people and I sincerely hope that you don't feel as if I'm just turning my head away from you though hope is typically not truth. I'm going to make it a point to prove other wise. I'm going on a strict routine mode to get things together and make certain that you Will receive a thorough reply. I'm sorry if i caused you guys anguish.

I once received a personal phone call from Isaac. He was out of the more popular RY4 choices and I had ordered some 0 nic VG RY4 beause there weren't any other options. Between the time that I ordered and the short time it took him to get around to filling my order, he got more RY4 in and called me to see if I wanted to change my order.

That is superior customer service.
