Hey guys n gals. Somebody please remind me which 510 IKV cartos are metal (ss?). I'm hooked on tanks and never want to peel another carto.

(And I already have a good amount of fusions)

Thanks!

I just ordered the first two listed (waiting for SR Fusions)

IKV MEGA 510 Cartomizer Stainless 3.0Ω
IKV 510 MEGA Platinum STD
IKV Gold 510 Cartomizer 2.5Ω

Thanks buddy. But, read my lips 5C. I aint peeling any more cartos!! I haven't found an easy enough way to do it.

Yup. I'm a lazy bashted whenever possible. :)

Ah!! <lightbulb>!! I put the 801 top on my Buzz and get some SR FUSIONS!!! Then, I get some LR Golds for my soon-to-be-kicked SB!!!!

THAT sounds like a plan!

Fusions are the only thing I use on my Buzz Pro.

I think that's the way I'm going loft. I have a bunch of LR Fusions I have to use up first. Then I think I'll try the SR.

Which do you use on the buzz?

I've heard some say that higher ohm/voltage is better than the same heat on a LR. Do you agree?

In theory, yes - but it really is subjective. Theory being the SR has more wraps of the coil around the wick so that in turn means at the same power (wattage) you are going to get more vapor, flavor, etc. I get more vapor (I think) but everything else is the same. So generally, I'll use whatever I can get. SR/LR doesn't really seem to matter much for me when using a carto. However, on rebuildable atomizers and premade atomizers - HR is the only way I'll go as the theory is very true.

It's easy. You just put it in a drill and use 60 or 40 grit, something coarse, then turn it around and do it again on the other end. Then I hit it with steel wool while it's in the drill and shine it up a little. I don't like doing it either but it's better than going without.

Except that the LR causes a lot more stress on you battery unless you use them on the 3.7 volt device they were made for. I burnt up 3 sets testing LR cartos and attys in the higher voltages.

Well, yes - but I only use IMR batteries that can handle the amperage without an issue.

I'm not a "dripper."

But after reading the information Loft put together on atty's I decided to give the i06's a try.

I know so little about atty's that I had to PM Loft and ask him what to do with the orange plastic cap that comes on them ... I couldn't figure out how to get the juice in the atty! Good old Loft replied and held my hand getting started with the i06's and I was able to vape with them.

I found out real quick that my juices had a nice flavor that I hadn't previously experienced and that with the i06 I could take big, long drags like I do with my duel coil cartos and Fusions. I flooded one a couple times ... no problem and when the juice ran low in the atty there was no "ugh" taste.

All the things that turned me off about atty's before just didn't happen with the i06's and I quickly ordered a bunch more of them.

I'm really enjoying these atty's! Thank you Loft. If it hadn't been for your article I would never have tried them.

TT

Can you point me to the info on dripping atty's Loft put together? I've been wanting to try it but am still confused about the process and atty's as I've only used cartos.

I have std 808 batts, an 808 echo and an Ipro with both 510 and 801 caps ordered. Do you recommend the i06's or what?

Also what is a drip "shield"?
