Thanks Isaac, I know your busy, didn't want to be a pest. lol
it was the IKV io6 XLR Atomizer 1.5Ω. I am sending messages through the website and to sales@ikenvape.com. Does the messages link through my account on the website work? The first one was sent to sales@ikenvape on 2/5.
Then messages through the website on:
8th Feb 2012 @ 8:43 PM
15th Feb 2012 @ 12:34 AM
13th Mar 2012 @ 6:54 PM
If you are not getting those you may want to look into it.

Please, your not a pest at all! It's my ignorance tot he forum where I need to be.
That's definitely our email address, for sure. I just did a search in my inbox with yours but no luck. I'm thinking maybe it could have gotten caught into one of the sub folders where I have receipts, invoices, and declined messages. Special keywords have to be used in a sequence but it still could be a possibility. I'll start digging deeper and thank you for the head's up! Ok 1.5 io6, no problem. I'll grab you a tracking number in just a moment. I'm going to pm you the email address I have on file. Please let me know if it's valid. Another chance is, that sometimes the registered email addresses that are entered upon registration get a little type here and there and that can be why my search proved inefficient.

This isn't really a request for help, more like a sharing of my experience and a few questions.

I've got a couple ikenvape HV510's, and an i06 that were quite old and gunked up. Usually I'd just retire them to my dead atty box but figured I'd try something a bit different this time.

Had read something about soaking in vodka, so thought what the hell. Only problem is I think I left them for too long! They were soaking for like 48 hours, and I'd swish them around in the glass occasionally. The metal on the attys looks as good as new, but I noticed some wick floating around in the vodka :( seems like the combination of a long vodka soak and swishing loosened the wick on the 510's and there's no wick left on the i06.

I rinsed them off with warm water to get rid of any gunk left over...now I'm just wondering what I should do with them. I know ikenvape can't exactly recommend removing the wick and bridge completely, but have any of you guys done this with ikenvape attys? They were old, and they had lasted me AGES so no complaints here towards iknvape.

I also noticed some red fluff-like material coming from the 510, looks like it might be attached to the wick or something? It may just be a contaminate like lint that came from my pocket.

Moral to the story - don't soak your attys in vodka for extended periods of time :)

LOL I don't recommend soaking in vodka unless absolutely necessary (read: no other vape gear and atomizer is just about dead) and when I do - it's only for an hour tops.

Just try vaping on them and see what happens. I wouldn't recommend removing the bridge of the io6 as it will more than likely kill it and break the ceramic cup. Well, it did for me but I went at it just to see the internals, wasn't trying to use it after. No clue abou the red fluff... lol

Good luck though.

I have a little request for you guys. I'm currently using 510 ikv at 1.5 and 1.8 ohm on my 3.7v device. I don't know if it's normal, but when i use them the drip tip (in metal) tend to warm a lot and the barrel of the atomizer also do. I always thought (but i'm a newbie in vaping) that 3.7v device required lower resistance. Do you guys think my experience is "normal", and should i consider trying a 2.5 ohm atomizer? I'm afraid to get nothing in term of vapor with my 3.7 device.
I also have another question : i'm trying to use, for the first time, an io6. The problem is that i can't seem to get a quantity of airflow that would seem enough. I don't really know if i'm using it correctly or if the atty has an issue.
Thank you for any help!

you can either change your vape style to short hard intakes, with pauses in between to cool down, or got to 2.0 Ohm LR.

Thank you for any help!

You're averaging 9 watts on the 1.5ohm and 7 watts on the 1.8 ohm atomizers which is pretty common. LR atomizers are designed for 3.7v devices and it seems like you're vaping them as they should be. It is common for them to heat up and if you're using a metal drip tip - it's going to retain the heat even longer due to the mass. Add in the fact that heat rises, and the drip tip is also going to act like a heat sink and draw the heat out of the atomizer. It's not a bad thing, just the way it all works. If you're enjoying your vape with this setup and you aren't burning your lips, mouth, or throat you are generally fine. I would limit your drags to 5 seconds and give ample cool down (30 seconds) as to not damage the atomizer or burn yourself. You can also try pulse firing your device to see if that helps. Bear in mind that the coil in your atomizers will continue to vaporize juice for ~1 second after you let go of the button so if you continue to draw for an extra second or two, it will also help cool the coil down.

With the io6... it's a tighter draw than a 510. Vape harder (not being funny, take a harder drag) and you will get more out of it. The io6 is a more advanced user atomizer in comparison with the 510. Imagine vaping on your io6 like sucking a thick milkshake through a straw.

Hope these tips help! :)

This AVS mismatch error recently happened to me on a different e-cig website. i didn't manage to find a solution to it. I already ordered several weeks ago from ikenvape without this error message. Maybe it has something to do with an increasing of security (in this case too much security) for international customer? I hope not!

I worked on it for over an hr. Cleared cashe and cookies, different browser, changed my name to read exactly as my bank, re-entered my address as it had mysteriously changed to Pennsylvania, said 10 hail Mary's, and stood on one leg while playing the Star Spangled Banner on a harmonica and trombone at the same time,(hope I stood on the right leg} to no avail. It keeps saying.
Something went wrong when trying to process your payment. Please review the error message and try again:
The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder.

Oh and I turned off Skype too because sometimes it interferes with things. Maybe I should of stood on my head instead of one leg.LOL He's just keeping us safe.

Update:
I just checked and my bank had all capital letters (uppercase for you youngsters) anyway I edited it that way on ikenvapes site and it worked. Yipee. Oh I mean Yee Haw. LOL
