Please Help! My order was delivered to the wrong address. I just checked the delivery status and it was marked complete BUT to a NY address not mine. The mailing label generated had my address 1st then the NY address below it.

Order# 88

I also sent you an email about this to sales @ ikenvape . com

I was wondering why it was taking so long to get 1/2hr away from your place to mine. Yikes!!!

A big Shout-Out and Thank You to Liv2Ski. He/she got my package by mistake and mailed it back to me today. I really appreciate it. Thanks again.

First - I reported that my order was sent to NY by mistake. The person who received it sent it to me.

I ordered 2 510-801 adapters. Only 1 was included in the package.

Can you send another, or at least refund or credit my account.

Isaac - i realize times have been busy and tough for you lately. But I posted and emailed you a few days ago, and the person who got my shipment by mistake PM'ed and emailed you a week ago. Neither of us has heard back from you. Your products are great - but your response to customers with order issues could be improved.

I agree, I am in the same situation... I've emailed Isaac also a couple of times last week and no response. This is the first tie I ordered from Ikenvape, was so excited when they were back online, mainly because of the reviews I have read and watched.... I will be patient with the missing order but this is the last time I will order from your company. I will give it another week, if I don't hear from you, I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge for the missing item. Poor customer service against your great product is not worth the wait for me :(

Yes, it went down some time after June 25th, when I ordered my stuff.
I have yet to get a tracking number or order confirmation, to let me know if the stuff was coming or not.
Relax :) there was a huge backlog when the store re-opened. I ordered on the 24th and my shipment was sent on the 7/2. I was order 240. The locals have weathered the storm before and will weather it again. One thing for certain you will get your order.

I do not mind "weathering the storm", but that said, an order confirmation and/or even a tracking number would make me happy. I have neither.

Correction. Order # 275. Was sorted in to my e-mail Electronic Cigarette folder. Just found it.
I do have a mystery tracking #, from Stamps.com, but it does not state the vendor.

Where are you guys ordering from??? I haven't seen the old website up for a long time now (ikenvape.com I mean).

I placed my order on 6/25/2012, at about 6pm or so?
An hour later, I checked the website after talking to a friend, so I could look something else up and the site was back down.
Have not found it up again since.
