There is no primer in IKV attys. Switched has a good method. If you have a cartomizer condom, put it over the threaded end, fill atty to just above bridge and let it soak for 10-15 mins. Remove condom, remove excess juice. I think that is how he does it,you could send him a PM. Either way, that should do fine.

Even with that, after a few pulls ...drip another couple drops...vape... LR attys are great, but one must remember how much heat they are putting out, alot of stress. Good luck and enjoy !!

Would you recommend letting it soak with an o-ring for a few minutes at first? And what's the best way to get rid of the primer?

Don't see why they wouldn't fit...and as for the negatives or cons....

There are NONE for me...I had read some about leaking...but I have had ZERO issues with ANY of the seven I received.

I should clarify this (in bold) The 510 Cannons will fit the Ego as far as threads..but..the cone will not fit over the Cannons.

Does anyone know if these will work with an eGo/Riva + eGo cone? I'm looking for a good LR atty, but I really want to use the eGo cone cause honestly, it makes it look super cool and sleek.

No the cone will not work with a Cannon 510...but IKV does have a reg. size LR and SR 510 atty that will work with the cone.

SR-Standard Resistance IKV LR/HV 2.5

LR-Low Resistance IKV LR 510 1.8

Some say the Low Resistance shouldn't be used with an Ego... Some do. That is entirely up to you, but maybe do some research before using a LR with your Ego.

SR-Standard Resistance IKV LR/HV 2.5 : I purchased 5 of these attys for use on my new Buzz Pro and I love them. However, none of my 510 drip tips fit on the atty because the opening on this atty is larger than the one for the standard atty. I'm using the whistle tip that came with it, but I would prefer a drip tip? Is there a drip tip that will fit this atty?

Just a quick update....... ALL 7 of the cannons (510) I ordered are still going strong and performing VERY well !! And these are 2.5 Ohm getting a work out at 5.4-6.7 Volts on a VV mod.

THANK YOU IKV !!

Still going strong... (As of 9/11)...:rickroll:......Sorta like that Energizer bunny....And with my budget, this means A LOT !!

No more VV mod....:(:(...it quit on me...so strictly runnin em at 6-7 volts...once I get some parts that is.

I am loving my cannons too and using them exclusively on my Buzz Pro. Will these attys work on my Riva or will I hurt something - either atty or Riva?

I believe you have the 2.5ohm cannons..?.. They will work on the Riva, I prefer them on higher voltages...but as long as Riva is 510 thread or if not you have an adapter..they will work fine. I don't know what the native thread is on a Riva..Never had one.

Thank you Warlike....One more question.....

Yes, I have the 2.5 ohm cannons. The Cannon atty I am using now is leaking like crazy. I don't think I'm overdripping, but I read that juice can get under the top cap of the Buzz Pro and cause some problems. Do I need a drip shield? If so, what kind and what accessories do I need - also where do I buy them?

They do tend to leak... there is a fix by getting an o-ring to put on the atty before you screw it on...look back a page or two. If I had more time before work I would look it up for ya.

Very soon I am going to try these proubly the 3.5ohms cannon stealth. My question is can someone tell me how to prime them really only used cartos and tanks before. Going to use them on my provari.

Take one of your carto condoms and put it over the threaded end of your new cannon, fill cannon with juice to just above the bridge. Let it sit for 10-15 mins. Remove condom and excess juice..vape..drip..vape. Search some of "switched's" posts and he goes into more detail.

And just to update..all 7 of my cannons are still working wonderfully.

Found it....here is the o-ring guide...These are for bottom feeders, but I cant see why it wouldn't work on any other mod.

Here is a small section from MWA's O ring guide. He lists the REO as a guide but same would be ok for other mods also. I bought a multi pack of both sizes at Home Depot in the faucet repair area:

Reo Min = Danco #78 = w/510/306 / Danco #83 W/801 or Cannon
Reo Grand = Danco # 83 with Cannon/801. /. #78 w/510/306
Reo Woodvill = Dnaco # 78 = w/801
