Not completely sure but I slept more last night than I have for 25yrs.
All I drank for all those yrs. was Crystal lite. Nothing else. I read an article about aspartame poisoning so I switched to tea and the difference is amazing. I feel like a new man.

Wow!! That is good news. I love tea. I have a couple favorites for the evening.

Good morning all. Have I told you how much I hate 10?
It seems Microjunk is going to get people using 10 whether they want to or not. I've deleted the updates and hid them that are for 10, I've installed and recovered back to 7, I've deleted all the updates for the last 2 months and still I have this notification blocking normal updating.

I'm left with two options. Install 10 or do a clean install of 7. I've read up on it and once you get this window you're stuck. Can't get enough people that want this POS so they figure they'll just force it on them.

Yeah J5, I just started doing my Win 7 updates manually once a week. I untick the win 10 box every time I update. I did finally get my machine back to being right after uninstalling 10. I had to use a registry cleaner, but it took until last week to get it really back to normal. I had to delete the Win 10 sound card driver and finally found the right driver for my old Sound Blaster X-FI Extreme Gamer card. Since I took care of that, my freeze ups have gone away. I had mistakenly installed a Sound Blaster Audigy driver...my card is so old I had forgotten what it was

Bo next time they show up in updates just right click and chose hide then they won't come back.
I did all thast but this is a new one that snuck in on me. It wasn't an update. there's a lot of people it's happening to. Needless to say I'm hunting and installing all my old programs after I did a clean install.

Almost unthinkably, MS is pushing themselves toward software irrelevance. They've been whopped in the OS area, by both iOS and Android, and now are taking it on the chin for their OneDrive (HORRID!) and Office apps. WSJ recently reported that both were close to unusable (my experience at work concurs) when compared with Google's competitive offerings (readily available to all users, including iOS).

I never thought I'd see the day, but I guess Gates' departure from the company if finally having an effect.

Starting Friday, I'll not be around much for 7-8 days. I think I'm a VA experiment. They will be hooking me up to some spooky stuff just in time for my Halloween arrival.

Happy Back to the Future day!!

Isaac my mom was the exact opposite. I wouldn't call it shy as much as it was a social phobia...strangers really just scared her half to death. It's probably the reason I wasn't very shy, because I always had to speak for her. Most people have no idea that I have Panic Disorder, but it's pretty well controlled with my meds. I have break thru panic attacks from time to time, but I can usually up my med dose until those come under control.

We all have our own demons in our heads. Living with them is sometimes as simple as becoming friends with them rather than enemies

Oh wow, I never would have guessed it. I still get panic attacks every now and then out of the blue. I always try to refer to the breathing relaxation. Remember the one from Amazon? I just take slow deep breaths and imagine it them in unison with the waves of an ocean. I was on Lorazapam? for attacks, but my anxiety revolves around death, so when it drops my heart rate, I am fully aware of it and it just makes things unbelievably worse! This one time, I was going into one and took onw of those and sat on the couch. Next thing I know I feel twitches then my right arm just went numb with pins and needles. I thought to stay calm and then the left arm started feeling like it! I broke out into a non moving jog to get my heart rate back up and of course there was a wide audience but when you feel like your life is on the line, who cares! right?

So I had this doc for around 30 yrs. But thanks to Obamacare my doc retired. Said they couldn't afford to stay in business. So I find this clinic in a hurry and the one doc orders a sleep study. So I go in today and after sitting there 4 hrs. this little japanese guy comes in. I tell him about the sleep study and that I have arthritis in my hip so bad I have trouble walking. He asks the nurse and she say's ya they ordered one. Then he starts listening to my heart and lungs and I'm thinking what about what I come in here for.
He leans up against the counter and says as we get older our bones get softer. Then he asks my age and after I tell him he says I don't think we can do anything for you. What. I said what you're telling me is I need to see a real dr. As I left I looked over at all the nurses and said don't you have a dr. that works here. They point to him and say he's a dr. I said he isn't a doctor, a veterinarian maybe but he isn't a doc.
I have another nurse I'm seeing thursday and she's going to help me find a doc. I called about 50 of them but they aren't accepting any new patients. Thank You Mr. dumbama.

Oh and if I come up missing it will be because I wrote Obama a letter telling him of this and what a POS president he is.

Oh jesus christ J5 that is a MESS. I thought your story going to go right my friend. NOrmally Asia doctors will first assess the situation by inquiring with your diet etc. "Getting old, deal with it" Is NOT a proper diagnosis! Good for you for not accepting it and going through the proper channels for justice.
Val got stuck in a similar situation with being forced to go to a "special" doc for wisdom teeth removal. It has been a week to the day and she can still barely talk. She is extremely swollen and barely able to eat Anything short of just swallowing things whole. Her follow up is today and I plan to bring to hell along with her.

You're Sleeping! WOOO HOOOO!!!! That is the greatest news yet J5!Aspartme is a hell of a thing. My mom is on the stuff by Equal sugar. I'm going to relay the news to her tonight, because she doesn't sleep until the sun comes up for a while now. We just associated it with stress. Good for you for catching it man! Now you get to join the dream world. Best part of sleeping!

I think every medical facility should be required to take every insurance. There is no reason for our health care to be so messed up except pure greed.

Hey buddy!! Ugh I planned on being here every day with you guys. I can't believe how much time has passed. Mrs Val got stuck up with the oral surgeon and has been out while I run the homestead. Hard work! Jacob is now in boyscounts and LAra is in Art club and choir so life has been too busy for anything.

Today our previous merchant account holder will be sending us our final repayment of 1500 that was being held. I have an overdue mortgage that we're going into our 3rd month with this week and there is a full batch of RY4 waiting to be dispatched. Ugh decisions and gambling

We had our Community Yard Sale Day today.
I had my 2 giant bird cages all cleaned up and out there.
But sigh...they didn't sell...dang, really needed them to
