I keep getting the Win 10 install notice and I am skeeeered to death of it !
Classy go to control panel / programs and features. Then up on the left hand side by the top click " view installed updates" Up in the search bar I circled in this image enter these 4 updates one at a time. kb3035583, kb2952664, kb3021917, kb3081436. When they come up click uninstall.
Now check for updates change to "download but let me choose to install them" Then check for updates and when these 4 come up again right click them and choose "hide update" on each of them and that won't bother you any more.
Be sure to change your updates back to automatic after you're done.

This is the main one that put's that little while logo on your task bar.
They locked me out of updating if I didn't install 10. You gotta figure the price of all their other programs and then they give this one away. They couldn't force me to take it.

The one you have to keep an eye on is the kb3035583. They tried a couple times to sneak that one in. But you'll know because that white logo on the task bar will appear again.
I'm glad you got it off there Bo. I know one guy that will be sleeping tonight.

Ya right. I got 45min. last night and here I am ready to rock on.
