Yellow belt? Thats so cool. I wished I could a been there. The Park sounds like just what you and Val need to put all this other unpleasantness behind you. Movavi is what I use for video stuff. It can do anything pertaining to video. I would love to see Jakes and Lauras ceremony. Please don't forget to send the videobmy friend.
Thanks J5! I'll look into it pronto!

I don't kill anything anymore. Not even a bug if I don't have to. Over the years I learned a strong value in life and try to teach the kids the avoidance of having to kill something that is not threatening. Always try to trap it and set it free, or just because we cannot communicate with it should grant us fear, or just because we don't understand it, it doesn't give us the right to take its life etc.

Thanks for the welcome homes:) Good to back back again. Got that darn song running through my head too now.
Welcome home sweetheart! I hope it was a blast!

Awww, congratz to the kiddos Isaac! And the water park sounds like just the ticket for family fun :)
Oh man so the park didn't go over so well. When we got there, their parking lot was packed So packed that they were using their secondary parking lot which is a little more than a half a mile away. NO WAY was I doing that ever again. We went for ice cream and to the town's public pool. The kids had a blast anyway and I talked Lara into using the diving board for the first time. Instant love.
Today though we Did go to the water park! Talked Lara into going on her first tube slide which was excruciating  again instant love and Jake is now 43 inches tall! He was able to finally use one too! It was too awesome. Val got beat up by the sun fiercely. Totally RED, even with sunblock. There was allot of damage and then she started getting tingly in the arms, thats when I had to force everybody out and now home. She refuses to go to the hospital to get checked out so we'll see. I'm going to go on amazon and see what we can grab to help her out for prevention.

So true Bovi!;)

Good morning!! Pretty much caught up here now.

How was your camping trip, Fran?

Isaac dear...that "future son in law" is my son!

It was an incredible weekend and I had a really good time performing. Us older gals had our own dressing room downstairs this year and we shared what they call "Diva juice";) before we went on. Wow! It really loosened me up and put some extra "spring" in my step:laugh: So glad it's over, though. So much work and I am exhausted...

Happy Monday...I don't have to work today...yay!!:)
Doh! I'm such a fool! Sory Cat
There are too man jokes for Diva juice but we'll just leave it at that :D
I'm glad you had such a great time! Nothing beats hanging out with friends with great and uplifting convos. Good for you!!

Isaac, I used to make all sorts of lotions and potions. If you can get a hold of real lavender essential oil and mix it with unscented lotion right away....it REALLY helps!! (also makes a great mosquito repellant);) I used to make soap and used lye. A lye particle hit my lip once and I put lavender oil on my lip straight up with a q-tip and I woke up the next morning with ...nothing there. Amazing stuff. Vinegar and water bath...lots of vinegar....collidial oatmeal bath....lots of oatmeal

Actually I am nothing like these "dance moms". They are very "cliquey" and remind me of high school...the drama, geesh!. I don't hang out with any of them and they have never invited me anywhere with them. They are pretty snobby:nah:. I was going to quit after this year....but the diva juice made them quite tolerable:laugh:. Now I'm re-thinking it. I do love it, the excercise, the stage....just not them:glare:

So great to hear some of my favorite people had fun weekends :)

J5, how is your eye doing/feeling?

Sore, black, and I can only see a blurry foggy little bit but that's to be expected. I'll be awhile before it's back to being usable.
Movavi was down so I put it up on youtube anyway

That was SO COOL my friend. Thank you so much for sharing them with us. Oh and a good remedy to take the sting out of a sunburn is vinegar and coconut oil.

Heal your sunburn overnight in just 2 steps:

First, wet the washcloth with cold water, then splash on the apple cider vinegar. Dab the wet cloth onto your sunburn, soaking the skin. You should notice instant relief from any stinging! It feels sooo good on a sunburn. After a few minutes, your skin should be dry.
Now, liberally rub on some coconut oil to the sunburned area. By the next day, your skin should be significantly healed. I recommend continuing with the coconut oil for several days to promote healing and to help ease the skin peeling that is usually inevitable after a burn. Exfoliate and lubricate (with more coconut oil)! ;)
This worked like a charm for my most recent sunburn. Immediate relief from the stinging, and literally the next day, it wasn’t red anymore. Maaaybe the slightest bit pink. But the sting never came back. Just to be sure, though, I dabbed on another round of the apple cider vinegar, let it dry, then followed with more coconut oil. The following day, it was just tanned skin!

Give this remedy a try next time you get a little too crispy from the sun, and say goodbye to that burn!

Yo, IKVers and ettes!

Isaac, I loved that video! Those were some incredibly precious moments you captured. Very cool, hon! :2cool:

I don't have a milieu of potions in motion (C2), but I will recommend coconut oil. It's good for 1000+ things, including being used as a sunscreen.

Oh dear, asked and answered. Sorry, I had not read up. Let me just say +1 on Coconut Oil, my new BFF. It (helps) can repel fleas, too! Heals chapped lips, aids digestion, and brings you pizza and beer directly after romantic engagements.

I plan now to do the ECF unthinkable. Yep, I'm a-gonna multiple post.

On a side note. Your going to find out that them arguments are not that cool especially with your soul mate. Kind of like arguing with yourself. You two were meant for each other and you compliment each other. The nice thing about arguments is the making up part. I understand where you're coming from and I've done the same thing but looking back I see it was a big waste of time. Time that I could of spent with her and now I wished I had that time back.

Bringing this forward as I needed to read it again, and hoped you all would enjoy it the second time around. Brilliant, 5ish.

Keeping up Fran's tradition but in KD5 style.

Did I ever come clean with you guys, and admit that it was really me, behind the whole Manti T'eo/girlfriend scandal?

Point being, J5, yeah - I get it.

#Iknewthat~

But I'm not taking it personally, at least not where Kat's concerned, because I know she was out at one of her fundraising events last night, raising money for animal rights and fighting bad punctuation worldwide.

Yippeee! I'm nothing if not a weekend animal rights activist! And I gleefully will report to you that I did not see even ONE baby seal on the dance floor.

Well I don't club, kill, or mistreat animals of any ki.........oops...unless they're Spiders and Snakes. 2 creatures I think were made by mistake and we could do just fine without.

How bout these? Would ya kill it, huh huh huh??? (How bout you, Isaac?) :D

c2.......... ummmmmmm....... "Diva Juice"???? We need to tawk. ;)

What a great vid to share! Thank you Isaac!

I can vouch for the cider vinegar for sunburn from personal experience.

I want to know what brand of coconut oil you're using KD5, cuz mine isn't bringing me beer and pizza! Do I need to have the romantic interlude? That might be the problem

Bo I can't help in that dept. I stay as far away from romantic anything as I can.
