I cut my Dead teeth in Winterland. I caught my 1st show in '76 at Golden Gate Park then 20 to 25 a year at Winterland for the next 3 years. The final show there was NYE '78, they tore in down afterwards and up up a Parking lot. (poetic license
)That night New Riders of the Purple Sage opened. Then the Blues Bros came out, Belushi, Aykroyd and the full band and there were great. The Dead came out at midnight, as usual, and played 3 sets. The encore was a 6am, we walked out to a full catered breakfast for all.........
Sun went down in honey.
Moon came up in wine.
Stars were spinnin' dizzy,
Lord, the band kept us so busy
We forgot about the time.
They're a band beyond description
Like Jehovah's favorite choir.
People joinin' hand in hand

Awe Bo you are a sweetheart. I would love to give you some money for it so you could get yourself something you have been wanting.
I don't know if we had a Buzz Solar storm or what. I picked it up to try it and nothing. So I checkrd it out and the batteries plus I metered it here and there and thought that's odd. Usually that happens when you're using them. So I thought well I'll use the old Buzz, the one you need the screwdriver for. Picked it up and same thing. What in the Heck? I guess it's just a coincidence.

Da, you got me DP, I just googled Johnny T and he popped up. He could be the king of Spain for all I know. But with her falling for all these hunks now you know why I didn't want her seeing my picture. I have had all the wimmen problems I want.

Another problem with this new site is they messed up the ikenvape link. After I read in a thread to move to another on I would go to the top of the page where it said HomeForumForum SuppliersIkenVape Ikenvapers Chat (the door is open for EVERYBODY! Come on in.) and click on "Ikenvape" so it would back out of the chat thread. Now I have to move my icon all over until a box surrounds it. Never had to do that before they fixed it.

WELL, I guess I might as well hit thee old hay as the good ole boys from eras gone by used to say. Fran will be serving coffee soon and I know she's going to be upset if I'm still up. Besides it's friday night,,,well actually sat. morning....but KD5 was in bed early on a Friday night. Hmmm who's tuh think it. I guess everyone feels old age creeping up around them.

Well the little brat called and said he was staying with his friend that picked him up at the train station. They have tickets to the play "book of morman" in Seattle today, and so he will here tonight instead and stay until Thursday. Good news is I got everything cleaned up and ate his portion of sushi I had waiting for us. gawd I love that stuff!
Wishing you all a great weekend. I only have a desktop, so I probably won't be around much cuz it's in the same room as my brother is sleeping in. I suppose I could learn how to get here from my phone, but I'll have to put the ole cheater glasses on to see anything and this phone is smart...I am not so smart on these devices. Time to get ready for work...bye!!
