Question...what's the trick to copying a picture to your computer and then actually seeing it show up? I get these funny looking icons or something and then I don't know which picture is behind/inside it? If that did not make sense...it's because I struggle with "computer talk".

I just right click on the image and click "save image as".
I have problems as well sometimes with the lingo.
Once again I can't take all the credit. I figured DP was in bed by now.

I was just checking. I saw even the cats and dog sleeping and wanted to see if the house was empty.
The evening snuck up on moi. I have been busy with family picture transfer to my pc. I'm getting a couple leather books made of them. Believe me there is a lot. My pc is fairly fast and the second card says 45 min. for transfer. The first one took a minute. That's a lot of photos. One left after this one is done.
That's a great idea J5. I wish I had thought to scan some of the old photos my Mom had. When she died, I gave the whole box of them to my brother.
