So glad I didn't have my mouth full when I read that DP!! You should get great delight in knowing that I've been wrapping my lips around these beautiful birthday gifts. Feel that little tingle? The one tip I had must be a mutant, the ones you sent all fit great!

Cat, I was trying to protect the table dancers from hitting the floor too had with the bubble wrap...but!!! Yes you can use it to help insulate your windows. Cut it to fit the pane, spritz with water, and slap it right on to cover the glass. It should stay put with the water spritz'd lightly on the glass right before you put the wrap on. I haven't tried it, but I've read about plenty of people doing it. In the summer the only option I have for my window ac is in a south facing window. I bought a sheet of styrofoam insulation, cut it to fit the glass and mount it with the silver foil side facing out. It reflects the heat of the sun, helps a great deal.

J5, I borrowed an old idea from you last night. The 510s are a bit too airy for my liking, so I stuck a toothpick in one of the air holes and twisted it off to plug it...perfect!!

Hi friends. And the best dang people on ECF! And there are a lot of good ones. We tell the truth to our friends right? And I feel the need to explain my absences And even more so I know personally that at least a couple of you have been through something like what I am.

The last few months I have been having a terrible battle with one that I always thought was my friend but it had turned into (or always was?) a grave enemy.

Alcohol. I think that is all I need to say right now except that the last many months have been rough and I have done things I've never done before. Not real bad but very disturbing and a bad direction.

I am at a turning point. I KNOW I can't go back to the way I was. But not certain where I need to go. 100% quit or try and control. Struggling. Right now I've stopped

Anyway I just wanted to pop in and say I love you guys, God Bless you all! And please pray, or whatever you do, for me. I WILL be back!!!!! Hopefully soon if I stay on what I think may be the right track

Pizza We've all fought a battle of two in our lives. You made the first very big step of realizing it is the enemy and even though you think everything's okay it isn't and I'm happy for you that you realized it. I fought my demon for an amazingly long time...well I didn't fight I went along willingly, even ran the show.

But I can tell you after you win the battle life on this side is sweet. Anything I can do to help please let me know buddy.

I did. I slept 4.5 straight and I never do that. It's usually 1 hr. up...1 down...1 up etc every night. Then this AM I picked up a couple more. I haven't felt this rested in a very long time. I've been hittin on all 8 today.
