That makes four or more of us!

J5, do take care of those footsies, really! We need all our body parts to function as much as we can.

Would exercise be on the agenda? Or do you have a work out schedule already?

I have my trusty fold up exercise bike that I ride and I'm thinking of lifting weights again but low and behold it will do nada for my kickers.

I'm not fully convinced of that. Circulation is the key, yes? The cardio should definitely help with that.

Walk. Swim. Make love. (I'd opt for #3 if i were you......)
;)
But if there's not enough veins to carry a good blood supply all walking and swimming in the world isn't going to help. Number 3 might work though I'll have to see.

...Five.

Who knew (door #3)?

I had to have an artery blown out back when I was smoking. Have they done arterial doppler tests? Circulation issues are usually caused by something larger.
And I'm with Kat. Opt for #3.

You're on my mind, J5, and not just for the feet (and your lucky football team).

Seriously though, that was a FUN game to watch, and a win is a win. Glad I wasn't playing in that weather.

I'm glad I'm not that kicker. The odd part is they have used my foot vein for the last 5 surgeries because it's the only one they could find.

I hear THAT (kicker)!

What I learned (painfully) is that docs and hospitals often default to veinous dopplers, because most issues are found in veins. Arterial dopplers are uncommon, but in some cases (such as mine) absolutely necessary. It was literally by the skin of my teeth that I didn't lose a leg, and thanks to ONE wise doctor's insistence that they do the arterial version.

I hope him much.

Weather games ALWAYS rock. Some of my favorite memories are old Vikings games. I despise domed stadiums, probably because of that.

Anti-bodies need Pro-bodies, 5ish.

There are many skools of thought as to how they should be taken, but they need to be taken to replenish your system with the good bacs.

The "best" are the freshest, the refrigeratorable kind.
