I've never really kept track of how many ml's I do a day. I'm guessing it's around 6ml a day. About 1/3 is from a tank, the rest is dripping. i vape constantly so I could be low balling what I go through.

That all said, I went w/ a 3ml tank. I don't mind re-filling, but I like to keep my juice fresh and change flavors. And I prefer smaller tanks at the end of my PV. I cut down the bigger DCT tanks to standard length carto's.

As long as you're taking input, I also vote for a tank on the bottom (a la Genesis / Z-atty) rather than a top feeder (Genesis LV, Imist). I also think a tapered top cap would be a good idea (like the G-Bell, but perhaps shorter). Heck, if you just improved on the G-Bell with a glass tank and lower profile 510 connection I think you'd have the best atty available.

Were you planning to do a steel mesh wick atty like the Genesis and derivatives? I hope so, but there could be some IP issues to consider. The creator intended Geneses to be made available only by co-op and not for profit. Zen~ circumvents this by selling his attys incomplete and having the end user wrap the coil the first time. But there are so many weekend garage builders of Genesis attys organizing lists with painful waits and disappointing cutoffs selling these things, and to my knowledge no one has ever been sued over any IP rights claims. I hope a Genesis-style rebuildable was what you had in mind, but just be cautious is all.

I agree, a genesis style rebuildable from IKV would be awesome, but I don't know how that would fit into his business plan.

Oh, that's an easy one.

1: steal underpants
2:
3: profit

... Or was that someone else's plan? I always get Isaac and the underpants gnomes mixed up....

Yeah, it's amazing what people come up with :) Bamboo yarn has been tried. If you're interested, have a look in here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modding-forum/284030-wick-materials-safe-vs-dangerous.html
Apparently most experimenters prefer cotton. ...but these ideas are mainly for people who don't like SS.

Thanks for the link. Would have responded sooner but was away due to health issues. I'll stick with Nextel (sizing burned off) and SS mesh for now.

really can believe there is not more talk on this thread. I am super stoked about this.

Here, I'll share some info (what I know, at least)

Polycarb tubing, vapor chamber, size still undecided - and that's all I can share at the moment. LOL sorry I can't be of more help - waiting on more information myself!
