Well I hope you are not shot at... but there is always the "accidental" misfire! :p

You would like it here... we are so far in the middle of no where there are no noice laws and the hubby can fire in the yard. He has setup an entire shooting range in the front yard (we have 200 acres so the fron yard is large). He's got a ton of different targets setup for both guns and bows and has it all setup so he can shoot close range and far from one position.

There is no season for cyote so they are always fair game and the only thing I don't mind him shooting as they call out my 4 puppies and try to make them dinner. We actually often have deer, elk and moose on the property, but I won't let him shoot them here, because that really isn't hunting in my opinion!

Well AG, works been busy and I am pulling double house hold duties while the hubby is away (which means I actually have to be up in the AM to get the kids to school) I am going to try to sleep as based on the last 2 days 8am comes really early (I'll be glad when he is back and I can sleep later again)

So good day in the desert, stay cool!

Sounds like my old stomping grounds. My family owned a cattle ranch and citrus farm in the middle of nowhere, could hunt and target practice till you run out of ammo, or things to kill. man I miss that place.

AG, thanks for the pictures!
I showed them to the boy before school this morning.

When he saw the SAW, he wondered if you were going to post a pic of an M16. I scrolled down and BINGO. He loved it.
I asked him what made him think you would have a M16, and he told me it is the most commonly issued gun. I don't know if that's true or not, but it was kinda cute to have my little boy be excited to teach me.

Then we got to the apc and tanks. He had to tell me that apc's are armored vehicles.
Then we got to the soda - he yelled out Fanta!!!
Then we got to the helicopter. He thinks it's an Apache?

Wharf,
My boy wanted to know who I was chattin up on the interwebz so I told him about this thread.
When he grows up, he wants to join the Air Force (my husband is retired RAF).
He saw the pic of the camel and asked if there were more...

I showed him the bunk pics... he was real impressed with the gun next to the PC and Buzz... not so impressed with seeing DD in his drawers.

Now we can't see that much :) Don't worry Sarge! It is a good picture!

He didn't adopt the chair, he stole it from beside the dumpster ... not sit in it like he stole it.

Since when did I have to start translating for you, Salem? It's always been the other way around! This just won't do at all. :p:laugh:

Sounds like you need a Pokey Nap. :)

WTH???? If you stole a mod and vaped it like you stole it, and you stole a chair you would sit in it like you stole it LOL So I asked what it was like to sit on it like he stole it. Sheesh Pokey!

Sorry but you must need a Pokey nap. That made no sense at all! :)

You know, I've almost got that WTH/F button finished. I thought I'd get to use it on SC/SIC/Irene first but now I'm not so sure. I might have to slap it on my own posts...or yours. :p

Salem... no worries your question made perfect sense! The original expression is... Drive it like you Stole it. WHich means to drive it fast and hard and not care what happens to it because it isn't yours and to really enjoy it! So I can only assume that AG is sitting in his chair fast and hard and really enjoying it.

Still does aybody know which banner Mike picked for the ECF?

Hello AG. I never know if I should say morning, afternoon or night. Your time is different, but it seems to me that you work and sleep on the same schedule as us, so even if it is the middle of the night... your in the middle of your work day! So good afternoon AG!

Sophie... You should have your son watch Top Shot. They have some cool weapons on there. Last night they had the "Cornershot" and the "VLTOR TS3" a new SWAT gun that is so new they had one of the first production models made. It is a "reality" comeptition, but the ocassional bad word is beeped!
