Hey all,
Just had my atty die on me after 3 days of use .
Ordered the eGo manuel starter kit and ejuice, got it on Monday. It was the shizz. Love the big clouds and battery life. It only came with one atty... so thought I would be good for a little bit .
Have not had an analog cig since Monday and wanna keep going but dont think I'll make it through the weekend .
Anyone near Boston with some spare atty (510) that I could buy?
Or know of anyplace that might overnight so it would arrive tomorrow?

Are you sure it's dead? I found that sometimes my ego doesn't like how I screw on the atty or if the atty is flat where it connects to the battery it will not make contact and will not work.

Or if its got mositure on it - my 5v PT hates moisture and stops working if theres any on the contact plate. Once its dried off (good old earbuds!) its fine again.

Fiddled around with it and it started working but with the nastiest taste of burnt crap to it. Also, half of the vapor is being produced. Been trying to blow it out and put a fresh new cartridge with some flavor on it to no avail.
Gonna start searching sites to get some cartomizers and a couple attys.

Are you sure its not too DRY?
Have you tried dripping some juice directly onto the bridge to see if that makes any difference? Dry bridge is an atty killer - and its easy to get a dry bridge without much 'user error' input - sometimes it jsut happens, and you vape away on fumes and end up blowing your atty.

you could order a couple new atty's with next day shipping; it'll cost ya, but it's an option.

I'd get the hv ones if your having troubles burning them out.

I think eastmall is still having a sale on 510s. cignot also has decent prices. Either way, stock up, those are total throw away parts that may last a week or several months.

In addition to the other suggestions, you may want to check with any malls in your area which might have a little kiosk or something selling electronic cigs. It's a crappy option, you're all but guaranteed to pay a large mark-up, but I know I'd very much prefer to pay too much in an emergency situation rather than stick another cigarette in my mouth. Bleh.

Yeah, I am constantly dripping pg and vg combos in, but I might have waited a little too long last night. It was still moist in the morning but a piece def burnt . Nub error . I just ordered a bunch of stuff of cignot. Was hoping that they might have an overnight delivery option. I just left a note and crossing my fingers.
If someone around Boston has a 510 atty to get me by this weekend hit me up on yahoo instant msger it goes right to my phone. I will gladly give you 20bucks for it .

Also call any tobacconist in the area. They might sell ecigs. the one here does, however, its Envy brand...
