Under Down Under
I stopped smoking indoors 14 years ago when I brought our baby daughter home.
14 years of standing outside in sub-zero, windy wet winters, or in sweltering sunshine.

The other night I was coughing and husband asked why. I told him that being out in the cold night air has always made me cough, even as a kid before I started smoking. He said he didn't know why I bothered going outside to vape.

Yay ! After my 14 years of nipping out for a smoke during commercial breaks etc, I can sit & vape in front of the tv.

:vapor::vapor::vapor:
Of course, this may result in my vaping even more and an every growing vaping bill :facepalm:

Now to devise a stylish lanyard so I can always have my e-cig within reach.:p

So NOW, after about 4 months, he finally gets around to mentioning it!!:glare:

Oh well, at least NOW you know you can vape in comfort in your own :censored: home.

Nancy, I'm so sorry. What part of "water vapor" doesn't your hubs understand? And especially now, aren't you under enough stress already??:blink: [STAY OUT OF IT ELEANOR -- OPM*]

Rants off. (Maybe I better stay shut up today. Still not in a socially acceptable mood!)

Nancy: Sorry to hear that--do you vape indoors when he is not home? At least you are in CA--I might go outdoors anyway since it usually is such a nice climate. Sitting outside is always nicer than being in the house.

sometimes :) cause im bad :) lol ,he can never tell ....but i pick my battles :) lmao no its not always nice in Ca ....im near the coast and it is still chilly in the mornings and evenings and huge bugs come out at nite ...eeekkkkk

Isn't it great to vape indoors? I didn't smoke in the house cause of the fuzzy kids (kitties and doggie). I did a vape test with the dog first- took a few vapes to see if he sneezed his little head off like he did with analogs, well it turns out he really likes the smell. No sneezes just sniff sniff. So I vape all I want at home now :)

I was in the same boat. Wife quit smoking cold turkey (bless her strong heart!) when we first started to try for a baby. Me... not so strong lol. But I made sure to get wrapped up in my Snuggie (I have a picture of this and will post it someday if I can find it) and go brave the sub-zero on the breezeway.

It's going to take a while to get used to vaping in the house now. I still find myself heading out that door--just as much a natural learned reaction as the hand-to-mouth obsession of smoking.

LOL @ commercial breaks! I know those all too well! [mad dash outside...light, lighter, LIGHT!... "Honey, it's back on!" ... D'oh, put it out, run run run!]
