At this point, it seems (to me) that this thread is "hitting" the same hundred (or so) members that spend the majority of time on the General Forum. Originally, I also tried to start this thread in the New Members forum, but I guess I'm not "new" enough, any more, and I didn't want to hijack one of the existing threads.
But, as members 'graduate' from New to Full status, maybe they'll see this thread on the first page, and they, too, will spend the 90 seconds that it takes to join.I've wondered what the definition of 'active' member is, as well.

I write to my representatives, I donate when I can (even if it's to prove a point...) and it's all to protect our right to vape.
Should the day come when vaping is prohibited or severely restricted, at least I can lay my head down at night knowing I had a part in the fight.
*Note* no "likes" needed, just making a point... instead of likes, how about a donation.

I hear ya! I donated when I joined CASAA in August as well, I would like to see some of the newer guys do the same.

Many of us have set up a small (in my case) recurring donation through our Paypal account. I don't have to think about it, this way.
I just looked, I have it in my CASAA mail folder, I received a welcome letter on December 17, 2012.

I know what that is like. My donation is quite small. If I ever win the lottery, CASAA will be very happy.
I would consider donating some amount of money for every person that posts in this thread that they have joined CASAA.
But of course I would have to have a way to verify that.
Is there anything on that welcome letter that could be used for verification purposes?
Maybe they could just forward it to me?
