I do have to admit, hearing about all the problems with these expensive lil cigs is a scary thing to a "newbie" like myself. Heck, Im still impatiently waiting for my first starter kit to come in the mail so I can quit my analogs!

I am a rare case! Used them "for fun." Never got addicted to it either. I have had 2 friends who quit analogs using these. You will like them, I wasn't trying to quit smoking or anything, different ballgame all together. :)

Well I have decided to give it up. I quit smoking long before vaping, so I don't "need" to vape anyway. It was just a hobby. Not going back to analogs or anything.

If you had already given up smoking, you should have never taken up vaping liquied nic in the first place.

Hang on, got one heck of a ride ahead of you. Honestly I think you will enjoy it verses analogs just for the help of kicking the old habit.

It is a hell of a ride, but it beats taking that last lonely ride in the back of a hurst! I love the flavor, feeling, etc that vaping gives me. Smoking analogs made me feel like I was committing suicide every time I took a draw and shelling out $60.00 every week to do it! :)

02,

I don't blame ya, I just ordered 3 packs of carts, 35 bucks, and they sent me 1. It seems there are problems with every other order. I am getting kinda ...... myself.:(

Called them and of course no answer, so now the e-mail and in the mean time I may run short and end up vaping dry cotton. Like smoking the wrong end of a ciggy.:p

Hmm...

I've been vaping for 4 months, plus.

I have 5 e-cigs (2 evos, an 801, a 901 and a 510) and have only had a usb charger fail on me, and that after months of HUGE use.

Not a single atomizer has failed. Not a single battery has failed.

I don't understand how people end up having all these problems.

Why do you have 5 e-cigs if no atomizer has ever failed?

The rest of us find atomizers fail very frequently.

I myself am almost at the point of quitting, I have started to cough from vaping but the frustration with the equipment being shoddy and not dependable is the reason im gonna give it up . i was told when i first started vaping that it was sooooo much cheaper than smoking. i can tell you i have spent a fortune on this stuff since i started vaping in March, I just ordered another atomiser and battery but whn I have no more equipment that isnt working im not gonna buy anymore. I even tried DYI liquid and had minimal success making anything that tastes decent

As long as you quit analog smoking as well, I suppose it's still a win for you.

Well, I'm sorry to hear that but I suppose it's not for everyone. Which devices were you using? Did you stop smoking entirely or do you still smoke tobacco? Equipment issues can be very annoying, I agree. Do you plan on returning to cigarettes?

If you want to go into greater detail about the problems that you've encountered I'm sure that we'll all be eager to help if we can.

I have been very, very close to going back to tobacco because it's been costing me a fortune..but since I made my own mod and I also seem to have found a way to give my atomizers a reasonable working life, I think I may be able to stick with it now.

Just quit. Don't smoke or vape anything. Your life will be cheaper and simpler.

well honestly if you have 5 different e-cigs and you use them all equally the same that would put most of your atomizers at 1 months use each since you say you have been vaping for 5 months.
most atomizers start dieing around this time .
dont be surprised if they all start dying at relativly the same time.
p.s. a lot of atomizer issues also depend on how you vape and what maitence if any you do to your atomizer

Cigarettes here were $50.00/carton when I last bought a carton. I was buying a carton per week. That's $200.00/month. I heard the additional taxes raise it to $60.00. So that's another $40.00. So, that's how I justify money spent on vaping equipment and supplies rather than spending $240.00 per month on something is definitely no longer going to be usable once it has been used once. If I have to buy an atomizer or battery here and there, I don't sweat it. I buy some juice and mix some of my own, that helps cut costs. I have felt like its not worth the hassle a time or two when things weren't going well, but ultimately decided that I'd rather stick it out and figure out what works for me as far as equipment, juice, etc. because not only am I saving money in the long run, I also feel that I could be saving my life.

I feel the same way. I am thinking maybe I should try a Janty or something that doesn't break down so much. I currently use pen styles and refill the carts. Anybody have thoughts on what hardware lasts or what is the best bet for the money?
