I give online companies a total 15 business days to respond and send my product. You may want to check their policies on processing and shipping time frame. Some companies take up to a week to process and ship an item. Its easy to become a little panic when you've paid for an item and haven't received it.
That being said you can always contact the purchaser one more time and indicate you will be putting a stop payment and will report it as a fraudulent purchase if you do not receive a reply to your question, get tracking information for your purchase or a reply that your money is being refunded (keep all messages sent for proof). If you do not hear anything in about 3 business days report it to your bank/credit card company and start an investigation to get your money back.
If they are one of ECF's recommended suppliers, please contact the forums
mods and report it to them before flagging the company on this site. Let them decide how to proceed.
