been reading alot of issues with a certain company not saying who it is YET but if a company takes your money and dont ship your stuff isnt that SH#T illegal spend almost 90 bucks and found out that it was not even in usps computer ordered it back on the 20th 10 freakin days later nothing im very very upset :mad:

I give online companies a total 15 business days to respond and send my product. You may want to check their policies on processing and shipping time frame. Some companies take up to a week to process and ship an item. Its easy to become a little panic when you've paid for an item and haven't received it.

That being said you can always contact the purchaser one more time and indicate you will be putting a stop payment and will report it as a fraudulent purchase if you do not receive a reply to your question, get tracking information for your purchase or a reply that your money is being refunded (keep all messages sent for proof). If you do not hear anything in about 3 business days report it to your bank/credit card company and start an investigation to get your money back.

If they are one of ECF's recommended suppliers, please contact the forums mods and report it to them before flagging the company on this site. Let them decide how to proceed.

This is just my two cents.

I think we all get a little spoiled by the incredible customer service and rapid processing of most e-cig vendors. I ordered my first kit from AltSmoke on a Tuesday night and it was in my mailbox on Friday. I have had similar experiences with several other vendors.

But, we should remember that this is not typical. It has been 7 business days since your order, which really isn't all that long. I hope it all works out for you though. If not, please go through the proper channels to caution the rest of us against this company.

And depending where you live your parcel may just be running between two harbour.
Seen it happen to few fellow Vapers here in Finland. Where their parcels just went back and forth in China for 40days+.

In the end paying with Paypal is the safest as you can make a Dispute-claim when/if not receiving the item/correct items and the seller refuses to answer your mails/refund the order.

E: Ok so you ordered on the 20th... Yet I don't know where you live and where you ordered. But few Finn's have their UK orders from 12th yet to arrive.. And they usually ship in 3-5days to ones door. So it might as well be your postal office that's messing with your order. And there is always the customs if ordering outside your Trade-area (don't know the word, but our country belongs to EEA and ordering outside that we need to pay customs fee on orders over 43€. And those buggers at Customs just love to mess with the orders outside that area for longer periods of time).

If it was Backwoods Brew - it was posted on the forum that the one-man shop owner has a family emergency. In addition parts of NY just got 30 inches of snow and there are massive power outages this weekend in the whole NE US. As of yesterday 3 million customers in the NE were still without power. And Don may have gone out of state for the emergency and lots of flights have been cancelled too. Backwoods Brew is a great shop but one-man (or one-woman) shops do have extended closures at times for illness and other emergencies, and in general shipping time varies with the number of orders received each day.

And I don't know where Ikenvapes is but his old shop is closed, he's trying to get the new shop up and get the purchasing stuff working. Follow @ikenvape on Twitter. I did not check the last few days to see if his shop was working yet.

If Gourmet Vapor or any totally custom juice shop) suck it up. It takes time for totally custom shops to fill orders, especially during and after sales or vapor conventions. And I believe there just was a vapor convention.

If you won't say what shop it is I don't see how we can help OR avoid that shop.
